Kann nur gutes sagen, Emails werden prompt beantwortet, brauche ich Infos oder Dokumente, werden sie schnell geschickt. EG Versammlungen alle 2 Jahre automatisch gemacht. Instandhaltung werden durchgeführt wenn notwendig, Rücklagenbildung in Ordnung. Betriebskostenabrechnung ordentlich. Kann nichts negatives sagen. Have owned a condo for 11 years in a Donath managed home. Can only say good things, emails are answered promptly, if I need information or documents, they are sent quickly. Ground floor meetings made automatically every 2 years. Maintenance is carried out if necessary, reserves are in order. Operating expenses settlement properly. Can't say anything negative.

Ich muss mich um das meiste selbst kümmern, damit es erledigt wird. Teilweise unfreundlich am Telefon. Absolut unprofessionell! Ich bin Eigentümer und erwarte mir einen Service und als Kunde behandelt zu werden. Ist aber in diesem Fall nicht so A water damage that would not be repaired without my calls to the direct companies, supplier contracts that do not fit, absolutely poor service. I have to take care of most of it myself to get it done. Partly unfriendly on the phone. Absolutely unprofessional! I am an owner and expect service and to be treated as a customer. But it is not so in this case

Würde gerne Null Sterne für diese Firma vergeben. Skillfully ignoring customer requests for over 7 months; takes care of no damage. Worst property management I've come across to date. Would happily give this company zero stars.

The majority of the ratings are 1-star and some would even give 0 stars if that would be possible. Most of the time, people who pick up the phone are very impolite and not helpful at all. Do these people not know that they're paid to be helpful? Or that they can be fired? Some of them are very unfriendly and rudely cut you off. They never answer the phone by giving their name and some of them refuse to give their name even when asked! The name of this company should be changed as well as it's not reflecting reality.
