★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the bao and 1 more star due to the service and aura of the eatery. I would get the spicy chicken, and thought mine was tasty. The classic didn’t exactly hit my expectations because it was dry, and was covered by an excess of hoisin sauce. The bao’s themselves are a bit more floury-fluffy rather than a sleek, fluffy, smooth, like most typical baos, but the big portions are definitely worth it!!
