J	Jelena Cvisic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste zu ihr da meine Ärztin auf Urlaub ist. Wow also echt. Die Dame bei der Anmeldung wollte mich um jeden Preis loswerden und war auch sehr unfreundlich. Benimmt sich, als ob Sie Ärztin ist. Die Ärztin selbst war kalt und distanziert. Also ich persönlich empfehle Sie nicht. I had to go to her because my doctor is on vacation. Wow, really. The lady at the registration wanted to get rid of me at any cost and was also very rude. Acts as if she is a doctor. The doctor herself was cold and distant. So personally, I do not recommend you.

Zuerst kommt man nicht mal ins Wartezimmer, dann sitzen die wartenden Patienten sogar am Boden und es steht die Luft, dass man keine Sekunde dort sein will! Meine Kinder bekamen Angst und ihnen lief nach ein paar Minuten der Schweiß runter. Wir sollten mit 1 bis 2 Stunden Wartezeit rechen. Die Ärztin konnten wir also gar nicht kennen lernen. Wir gehen lieber wo anders hin. What a disaster !!!!!! At first you don't even get into the waiting room, then the waiting patients even sit on the floor and the air stands that you don't want to be there for a second! My children became scared and they would sweat after a few minutes. We should expect a waiting time of 1 to 2 hours. So we couldn't get to know the doctor at all. We'd rather go somewhere else.
G	Gregor Hann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da unser Kinderarzt auf Urlaub war und wir einen Nachkontrolltermin aufgrund einer Mittelohrentzündung (unser Sohn ist 10 Monate alt) hatten, musste ich leider zu diesem schrecklichen Ort. Bereits der erste Eindruck bei Ankunft war furchtbar. Der Gang war voll mit kranken Kindern, welche teilweise am Boden saßen, in der Ordination die "weniger" kranken Kinder. Jedoch war dies nicht besser, da das Wartezimmer extrem klein, dreckig und stickig war (von Corona Mindestabstand keine Spur, war defacto auch nicht möglich). Nach 2 Stunden des Wartens und mehrmaligen Beschwerens kamen wir endlich dran. Raus kam: extrem unfreundlich;auf die Mittelohrentzündung wurde nicht eingegangen, sein angeblicher Husten (er hatte keinen) wurde mit einem Hustensaftrezept abgehandelt. Danke dafür ? 1 Woche später sind wir wieder im SMZ Ost...wieder Mittelohrentzündung!!! NIE WIEDER DIESE ÄRZTIN!!!! Since our pediatrician was on vacation and we had a follow-up appointment due to an otitis media (our son is 10 months old), I unfortunately had to go to this terrible place. Even the first impression on arrival was terrible. The corridor was full of sick children, some of whom were sitting on the floor, in the ordination the "less" sick children. However, this wasn't better because the waiting room was extremely small, dirty and stuffy (no trace of Corona minimum distance, was defacto not possible either). After 2 hours of waiting and several complaints, it was finally our turn. The result was: extremely unfriendly; the otitis media was not discussed, his alleged cough (he had none) was dealt with with a cough syrup recipe. Thanks for that ? 1 week later we are back in the SMZ Ost ... otitis media again !!! NEVER AGAIN THIS DOCTOR !!!!
M	Mariella N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe nie Rezensionen, aber als ich die letzten Kommentare bezüglich der fehlenden Aufkleber, Einträge,etc... gelesen habe war ich schockiert !!! Im Gegenteil, ich habe sogar öfters mein Mutter-Kind-Pass zuhause vergessen und erst Monate später zur nächsten Untersuchung mitgenommen.. UND es wurde dann IMMER ALLES NACHGETRAGEN- das war nie ein Problem!! Die Frau Dr. schreibt sogar selbst immer mit einem Bleistift rein wann welche Untersuchung/Impfung stattfinden soll!!! Wer die Fristen dann für die Untersuchung seines eigenen Kindes vergisst/nicht einhält und nicht zum Arzt geht, der hat dann einfach Pech gehabt! Man kann doch selbst auch mal das Heft aufschlagen ... Ich gehe schon seit Jahren zu der Frau Dr. Die Assistentinnen sind sehr lieb und die Ärztin selbst sehr kompetent und geduldig!! I never write reviews, but when I read the last few comments regarding the missing stickers, entries, etc ... I was shocked !!! On the contrary, I often forgot my mother-child passport at home and only took it with me to the next examination months later ... AND EVERYTHING was ALWAYS REPLACED - that was never a problem! The Mrs. even write in with a pencil when which examination / vaccination should take place !!! Anyone who then forgets / does not keep the deadlines for the examination of their own child and does not go to the doctor is simply unlucky! You can also open the magazine yourself ... I have been going to Dr. The assistants are very nice and the doctor herself very competent and patient!
N	Nurgül Yilmaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also Die Frau Dr.Mihalache ist eine sehr gute Ärztin. Es stimmt dass es Wartezeiten gibt und genau das ist ein gutes Zeichen dass Sie eine gute Ärztin ist, sie nimmt sich zeit für die Patienten deswegen auch die Wartezeit. Sie Untersucht nicht in 2 minuten und gibt Rezept in die hand und tschüss. Wenn ich mir die Kommentare lese dass es in der Ordi nicht sauber sei oder die Asisstentinen frech dass ist nicht Akzeptabel. Es kommt jeden Tag Reinigungskraft, Patiente haben natürlich auch Verantwortung wenn sie da sind die Ordination auch so zu hinterlassen wie sie es empfangen haben. Ich habe Erfahrung in anderen Ordinationen auch gehabt, deshalb bevorzuge ich Dr.Mihalache und Ihr Team. Bin froh ein Teil dieser Ordination zu sein:))) Well, Dr Mihalache is a very good doctor. It is true that there are waiting times and that is exactly a good sign that she is a good doctor, she takes time for the patients, therefore the waiting time. She does not examine in 2 minutes and gives a prescription in hand and bye. If I read the comments that it was not clean in the Ordi or the assistant cheeky that is not acceptable. A cleaner comes every day, patients of course also have a responsibility when they are there to leave the ordination as they received it. I have had experience in other ordinations too, so I prefer Dr Mihalache and her team. I'm glad to be part of this ordination :)))

M	Manuela M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem Kind immer dort und wurde immer sehr gut behandelt, Frau Dr.hat immer rasch erkannt um was es geht und gute Ratschläge gegeben. Ich empfehle sie auf jeden Fall! I was always there with my child and was always treated very well, Dr was always quick to see what was going on and gave good advice. I definitely recommend them!
