L	Lx Kt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starten möchte ich mit dem Positiven: >> Dr. Gruber ist sehr nett und wirkt kompetent, manchmal etwas gestresst und man hat das Gefühl, dass nicht immer ganz zugehört wird,... dennoch 4/5 Punkte. >> Öffnungszeiten sehr gut für Berufstätige 5/5 Punkte. >> Ordination 3/5 Punkte, sehr alt und „benutzt“, keine Trennung Damen/Herren Toilette. >> Wartezeiten 3/5 Punkte, eigentlich in Ordnung - oft werden aber Personen im Warteraum „vergessen“, dann ist man natürlich selbst Schuld. Und wenn man aber mal nachfragt, ob man vergessen wurde wird man angeschnauzt. Da soll sich noch jemand auskennen. >> Assistenz: 0/5 Punkte. Ein einfaches Hallo ist schon zu viel. Patienten werden angeschnauzt, am Telefon wird man schnell abgewimmelt. Kommt man vom Arzt und wartet auf das Rezept/Zeitbestätigung/Krankmeldung wird man so angesehen als hätte man etwas verbrochen. Einige langjährige Patienten werden - ganz offensichtlich - bevorzugt. Mir ist schon bewusst, das viele Patienten richtig anstrengend und fordernd sein können, aber von einer gewissen Servicequalität (Freundlichkeit, Empathie, Professionalität ,...), die eigentlich Basis sein sollte ist man hier weit entfernt. Katastrophe! Natürlich kann jeder mal einen schlechten Tag haben, bis jetzt ging ich aber immer etwas verärgert aus der Praxis wegen dieser unfreundlichen Art und Weise! Fazit: Insg. wär es eigentlich eine 4/5 Praxis, die Assistenz ist aber echt eine Zumutung —> 2/5 Punkten! I would like to start with the positive: >> Dr. Gruber is very nice and competently, sometimes a bit stressed and one has the feeling that not always completely listened, ... but 4/5 points. >> Hours very good for working 5/5 points. >> Ordination 3/5 points, very old and "used", no separation ladies / men toilet. >> Waiting times 3/5 points, actually fine - but often people are "forgotten" in the waiting room, then of course you are guilty. And if you ask but, if you were forgotten you will be scolded. Somebody should know something else. >> Assistance: 0/5 points. A simple hello is already too much. Patients get a yelp, the telephone quickly wipes them off. If you come from the doctor and wait for the recipe / time confirmation / sick leave you will be considered as if you had something wrong. Some long-standing patients are - obviously - preferred. I am aware that many patients can be really exhausting and demanding, but of a certain quality of service (friendliness, empathy, professionalism, ...), which should actually be the base is here far away. Catastrophe! Of course everyone can have a bad day, but until now I have always been a little upset with the practice because of this unfriendly way! Conclusion: Insg. it would actually be a 4/5 practice, but the assistance is really an imposition -> 2/5 points!
C	C. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Empfangsdame ist eine absolute Frechheit. Es ging mir sehr schlecht und sie verweigerte Hilfe mit dem Argument die die Praxis sowieso Aufnahmesperre hat. Ich solle mich an einen anderen Arzt wenden. Ich machte sie darauf Aufmerksam das sie mich gesetzlich nicht abweisen dürfe. Sie sagte in dieser Praxis mache sie das Gesetz und nicht der Staat. The receptionist is an absolute impudence. I felt very bad and she refused to help with the argument that the practice has anyway record lock. I should contact another doctor. I made her aware that she should not refuse me by law. She said in this practice she made the law and not the state.

Die ist wirklich freundlich. Receptionist Astrid a nightmare Dr. Gruber is very nice, but this woman is incredibly unfriendly; Astrid is her name: love goes to the other. She's really friendly.

C	Chri Loi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geht nicht sehr empathisch auf die Probleme, Sorgen und Nöte von jungen lohnabhängigen Menschen ein. Hat sich aber nach öfteren Kontakt gebessert, dennoch wenig Unterstützung und sehr belehrend. Ist leider auch nur Vertreter der Pharmaindustrie und Homöopathie. Erwarte mir von guten Ärzten das sie etwas über Spagyrik und Pflanzenheilkunde verstehen und Cannabis nicht verteufeln. Is not very empathetic to the problems, concerns and needs of young wage earners. But has improved after frequent contact, still little support and very instructive. Unfortunately, he is only a representative of the pharmaceutical industry and homeopathy. I expect good doctors to understand something about spagyrics and herbal medicine and not demonize cannabis.
