L	Lisi G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich gibt es keinen kompetenteren. Hilfsbereiteren. unsichtigeren Arzt als dr. Höller . Bin schon lange Jahre bei ihm. Kann die negativen Bewertungen ganz und gar nicht nachvollziehen. For me there is no one more competent. Auxiliary readier. more invisible doctor than dr. Höller. I've been with him for many years. Can not understand the negative reviews at all.
M	Manuel Muzka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist zwar schon einige Jahre her, dass ich bei Dr Höller war, wegen meines chronischen Hustens. Dieser blieb mir aber in schlechter Erinnerung. Es wurden nur die Symptome des Hustens behandelt, nämlich durch Verschreiben eines Kortisonsprays. Die Ursache des Hustens abzuklären, so kam es mir vor, war dem Arzt egal. Der Arzt fragte mich nach einer Frage von mir, ob ich das kapiert hätte, was er mir erklärt hatte. Außerdem duzte er mich. Sprechstundenhilfe war ebenso sehr unhöflich. Ein anderer Patient wurde ebenso unhöflich behandelt, nachdem er gefragt hatte ob er im Nachhinein eine Krankmeldung bekäme. Nie wieder!!! It's been a few years since I was with Dr Höller because of my chronic cough. But this one remained in my memory badly. Only the symptoms of the cough were treated by prescribing a cortisone spray. Clarifying the cause of the cough, it seemed to me, didn't matter to the doctor. The doctor asked me after a question from me whether I had understood what he had explained to me. He also called on me. Office hours help was also very rude. Another patient was treated just as rudely after asking if he would get a sick note afterwards. Never again!!!

Die Sprechstundenhilfe hat mich nicht einmal ausreden lassen und sofort gesagt “Wir machen keinen Coronatest - rufen Sie die Hotline an” Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unglaublich. Had asked for an appointment today because of breathing difficulties that started before the corona crisis. The receptionist did not even let me finish and immediately said "We are not doing a corona test - call the hotline" I have never experienced anything like it. Incredible.

Dr. Höller is an experienced and fantastic pulmonologist who helps you and, if necessary, also makes you leave the ordination with a very good feeling through extremely positive remarks. O	Oliver Rath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin/war seit 15 Jahren Patient, der Arzt selber ist total nett und kompetent, ich hab mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt bei ihm! ABER in 15 Jahren kam ich noch nie pünktlich an die Reihe, 10-15 Min warten ist ja ok, aber nach 45 Min immer noch nicht zum Arzt zu kommen ist eine Frechheit und das war leider immer so, sogar Termine um 08.00 Uhr wurden nicht eingehalten. Die Frechheit schlechthin ist aber die Sprechstundenhilfe: UNFREUNDLICHST, RECHTHABERISCH, BELEHREND, HERABLASSEND, UNEINSICHTIG, sie redet mit allen Patienten so unfreundlich. Ich bin heute nach 45 Min warten gegangen, ihr O-Ton: "Beschweren Sie sich bei den Patienten dass es so lange dauert und dann suchen Sie sich halt einen anderen Arzt" ... was ich somit auch mache! I have been / have been a patient for 15 years, the doctor himself is really nice and competent, I always felt that I was in good hands with him! BUT in 15 years I never got my turn on time, waiting 10-15 minutes is ok, but still not going to the doctor after 45 minutes is a cheek and unfortunately that was always the case, even appointments at 8 a.m. were not adhered to. The cheek par excellence, however, is the office hours help: UNFRIENDLY, LAWFUL, EDUCATIVE, DISCONTINUING, INSPECTIVE, she talks so unfriendly to all patients. I went to wait after 45 minutes today, your interview: "Complain to the patient that it takes so long and then just look for another doctor" ... which I do!
A	A. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin absolut begeistert! Bin sehr zuvorkommend vom Personal behandelt worden. Der Lungenfacharzt ist hervorragend und nimmt sich für jeden einzelnen Patient Zeit. Das ist für mich ausschlaggebend deswegen nehmen die lange Wartezeit in Kauf. I am absolutely thrilled! I was treated very courteously by the staff. The pulmonologist is excellent and takes time for each individual patient. For me, this is crucial, so I have to put up with the long waiting time.

Auch die beiden Assistentinnen Sina und Melanie sind freundlich und hilfsbereit . Danke dass es euch gibt ! Dr. Höller is a particularly competent doctor and a great diagnostician!
