Es wurde genau gefragt was mein Problem ist und mir auch alles verständlich erklärt. Der Arzt und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Also mich wird bei Problemen diese Ordination definitiv wieder sehen. I was in the ordination for the first time today, was pushed in and still I didn't have to wait long. It was asked exactly what my problem is and everything was explained to me in an understandable way. The doctor and all the staff were very friendly. So this ordination will definitely see me again in case of problems.
A	Amira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Empfangsdame, die am Telefon abgehoben hat ist SEHR unfreundlich. Sie hat mich keinen Satz fertig reden lassen. Sie klang sehr genervt und wollte nur schnell auflegen. Meiner Meinung nach sehr unkompetent und zu diesem HNO Arzt gehe ich sicherlich nicht hin. The receptionist who picked up the phone is VERY rude. She didn't let me finish a sentence. She sounded very annoyed and just wanted to hang up. In my opinion very incompetent and I will certainly not go to this ENT doctor.

Wurde Ernst genommen und auf die Sorgen wurde eingegangen. Kann die Ordi nur weiter empfehlen. DANKE Very nice ladies at the reception, get an appointment immediately. Short waiting time. Has been carefully examined. Sensitive doctor with an open ear. Was taken seriously and the concerns were addressed. Can only recommend the Ordi. THANK YOU

R	Rebecca Tellian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst dachte ich was für ein Glück hab ich, dass ich ohne Termin kommen durfte und dann...schnelle Untersuchung kann nichts festellen trotzdem Ohrentropfen, Schmerzmittel Tschüss. Am liebsten und freundlichsten war die Dame die den Hörtest gemacht hat. At first I thought how lucky I am that I was allowed to come without an appointment and then...a quick examination can't find anything, but ear drops and painkillers Bye Bye. The friendliest and friendliest was the lady who did the hearing test.

Habe sofort einen Termin bekommen und der Arzt ist super auf meine Tochter eingegangen. Die Untersuchung fand in einer tollen Atmosphäre statt. Die Diagnose samt Erklärungen und Therapie wurden super gestellt. In einem Land wo die zweiklassen-Medizin überhand nimmt, ist es sehr schön zu sehen, dass es Ärzte gibt, welche sich trotz Kassenvertrag Mühe geben und ihre Patienten menschlich behandeln. Was there with my 3.5 year old daughter and can warmly recommend the ordination. I got an appointment right away and the doctor was really responsive to my daughter. The examination took place in a great atmosphere. The diagnosis, explanations and therapy were excellent. In a country where two-tier medicine is getting the upper hand, it is very nice to see that there are doctors who, despite having a health insurance contract, make an effort and treat their patients humanely.

Ich bin total zufrieden und begeistert. Die Frau Doktor war total freundlich, hat mir zugehört, mich umfassend untersucht und mir alles ausreichend erklärt. Ich bin froh, hier gewesen zu sein. Selten habe ich so ein nettes Team von Doktoren und Ordinationsmitarbeitern erlebt. Sicher hat man manchmal etwas Wartezeit, aber das ist heutzutage ja nichts ungewöhnliches. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich definitiv wieder kommen werde. Danke an das tolle Team! So I can NOT agree with these bad reviews. I have been here many years ago and today I was again at the ENT center. I'm totally satisfied and excited. The doctor was very friendly, listened to me, examined me thoroughly and explained everything to me sufficiently. I'm glad to have been here. Rarely have I encountered such a nice team of doctors and office staff. Sure, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that's nothing unusual these days. I can only say that I will definitely come back. Thanks to the great team!

War dann am nächsten Tag da und plötzlich hieß es das ich keinen Termin habe und auch keine Möglichkeit besteht das ich dran genommen werde. Für mich persönlich ist das eine Frechheit! Sollen sie doch sagen das sie keinen Termin frei haben und nicht die Leute kommen lassen und dann wegschicken. I called and the lady said to me that I would be pushed in and could come the next day. Was then there the next day and suddenly it was said that I didn't have an appointment and there was no possibility that I'd be taken. For me personally, that is a disgrace! Should they say that they don't have an appointment free and not let people come and then send them away.
