R	Ramona Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist kompetent und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Assistentin lässt ihre Laune aber an den Patienten aus. The doctor is competent and you feel well cared for. The assistant leaves her mood but to the patient.
S	Sanja Sani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist kompetent jedoch ist seine Assistentin sehr unfreundlich und lässt ihre schlechte Laune an den Patienten aus, zudem musste ich mit meinem kranken Kind, dass dringend ins Krankenhaus musste warten damit sie mir am Ende sagt ich soll zu meinem Hausarzt (die Karte hat sie aber natürlich auslesen lassen)schlimm ???? The doctor is competent, but his assistant is very unfriendly and takes her bad mood out on the patient, and I also had to wait with my sick child, who urgently had to go to the hospital so that in the end she told me to go to my family doctor (she has the card but let it be read out of course) bad ????

Und wir wissen vielleicht wie vielfältig, anspruchsvoll und hoch ihr Arbeitspensum ist. Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Apotheke, wollte ich für meine Eltern 2-3 Rezepte ausstellen lassen und diese anschließend in der Apotheke holen. Leider wurde mir "nur" mit der MNS-Maske der Zutritt verwehrt, ich müsste eine FFP2-Maske anziehen. Auf die Bitte, dass ich die eCards und den Zettel mit den aufgeschriebenen Medikamenten bei der Rezeption ablege und gleich wieder rausspringe, wurde nicht eingegangen. Auch war die nette Dame von der Rezeption nicht bereit, den weiten Weg von ihrem Platz zum Eingang (ich glaube es sind 4, vielleicht auch 5m) zu machen um diese in Empfang zu nehmen. Vielen Dank an die nette Rezeptionistin, sie geht in ihrem Beruf voll auf! Musste dann zu einem anderen Arzt, wo alles total unkompliziert und vor allem HILFSBEREIT erledigt wurde. Shoot the bird ........... Due to the close proximity to the pharmacy, I wanted to have 2-3 prescriptions issued for my parents and then pick them up at the pharmacy. Unfortunately I was denied entry "only" with the MNS mask, I would have to wear an FFP2 mask. The request that I put the eCards and the note with the written medication at the reception and jump out again was not accepted. Also, the nice lady from the reception wasn't ready to walk the long way from her seat to the entrance (I think it's 4, maybe 5m) to receive them. Many thanks to the nice receptionist, she is fully absorbed in her job! Then had to go to another doctor, where everything was done in a totally uncomplicated manner and above all, READY TO HELP.
A	Aida ///// on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Beschreibung meiner Beschwerden wurde ich nicht einmal untersucht,sondern gleich Tabletten verschrieben....Diagnose auf 2 m.Entfernung ???? Das soll ein kompetenter Arzt sein? After describing my symptoms, I was not even examined, but immediately prescribed tablets .... Diagnosis at a distance of 2 m ???? Is that supposed to be a competent doctor?
K	Kirby laughs at everything on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt hat mir eine falsche Diagnose gegeben weswegen ich jetzt eine "Narbe" für mindestens ein Jahr habe.. Und ein anderes Mal hat er gesagt, dass ich nichts am Fuß hätte. Bin dann zum herr rüdisser und ups angerissenes Band. Geht lieber zu rüdisser so lange der noch da ist oder einem anderen in höchst außer ihr habt was offensichtliches wie Fieber, weil da ist er noch kompetent genug um euch das richtige zu verschreiben und da er am nächsten zur Apotheke ist. Doctor gave me a wrong diagnosis which is why I have a "scar" for at least a year now.. And another time he said that I had nothing on my foot. I'm then to Mr. Rüdisser and ups torn tape. It's better to go to rüdisser as long as he's still there or someone else unless you have something obvious like a fever, because he's still competent enough to prescribe the right thing for you and because he's the closest to the pharmacy.
