Ach ja, auch wenn Ihre Assistentin vielleicht unhöflich o.ä. scheint, darf nicht vergessen werden, dass sie ALLES alleine macht.... Super LOVE, EMOTIONAL and COMPETENT doctor! I have trusted her for over 25 years and have never been disappointed! Oh yes, even if your assistant might be impolite or something similar. seems, must not be forgotten that she does EVERYTHING on her own ...

Unfreundlichkeit und Respektlosigkeit der Sekretärin haben die 2 Sterne zur Folge excessively long waiting times (standing); The secretary even takes forever to write a prescription. Unfriendliness and disrespect of the secretary resulted in the 2 stars

Keine Emotionen (lächeln) nicht mal ein "hallo"oder "guten morgen"kommt ihr über die Lippen, selbst wenn man es zuerst sagt. Schickt einen einfach weg weil man die Karte nicht dabei hat obwohl man die Versicherungsnummer weiss. Und geöffnet hat der Laden schon vor den Öffnungszeiten so, dass ja viel los ist, selbst wenn man schon 15 minuten früher da ist. Schade für den Ruf der super Ärztin!!!!! The doctor is really great, but the assistant is just rude. No emotions (smile) not even a "hello" or "good morning" comes from her lips, even if you say it first. Just send you away because you don't have your card with you even though you know your insurance number. And the shop is open before the opening times so that there is a lot going on, even if you are there 15 minutes earlier. What a shame for the reputation of the super doctor !!!!!

Ich musste in letzter Zeit einige Überweisungen und Befunde + Krankmeldungen holen, es gab nie Probleme und die Ärztin ist wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen! Schade finde ich nur, dass die Hausarztpraxen so wenig ausgestattet sind - so können die Hausärzte bei ernsteren Beschwerden nichts anderes tun als zu Fachärzten oder ins Kh überweisen... Wenn die Regierung hier ansetzen und Geld zur Verfügung stellen würde, könnten viele Menschen sehr viel schneller behandelt werden und müssten nicht immer von Arzt zu Arzt irren um Hilfe zu bekommen!! You always get to it, sometimes you have to wait a bit when there's a lot going on. I had to get some referrals and reports + sick notes lately, there were never any problems and the doctor is really very friendly and tries to help! I just think it's a shame that family doctor practices are so poorly equipped - so the general practitioners cannot do anything else with more serious complaints than refer to specialists or to the Kh ... If the government started here and provided money, many people could be treated much faster and would not always have to go wrong from doctor to doctor to get help!

Wenn man schon rassistische Äusserungen abgibt sollte man sich sicher sein dass man das Telefon aufgelegt hat. Sie nahm ab, bat mich, eine Sekunde zu warten und gleich anschliessend legte sie auf, während sie sagte: 'Unglaublich, man fühlt sich hier wie in Istanbul'. Never again. I've never seen the assistant as cheeky as she is. If you are already making racist statements you should be sure that you have hung up the phone. She picked it up, asked me to wait a second and then immediately hung up while she said: 'Unbelievable, you feel like you are in Istanbul here'.

Die Ärztin ist 10/10 einfach Klasse, kenne keine bessere Ärztin, jedoch ist die Assistentin nicht nur unfreundlich, emotionslos, sondern ist nichtmal an ihrem Platz und ich musste mit meinem Sohn zusammen (30 Min!!!) stehend warten, obwohl er starke Atemprobleme hatte, bis sie endlich erschien!!! Und dann kommt nichtmal ein "Entschuldigung" oder derartiges von Ihrer Seite, einfach frech, inkompetent & schlecht, schade für den sehr guten Ruf der Ärztin. Raten jeden davon ab, diese Praxis als Hausarzt zu wählen. Nur wegen der Assistentin!! Und das seit Monaten.. es kommen genügend (zurecht) negative Bewertungen NUR wegen der Assistentin... da stellt sich mir die Frage: Warum wird die nicht gefeuert??? Ich bin auf jeden Fall bei einem anderen Hausarzt und nie wieder hier - nur wegen der Assistentin Anita! Anita kann auch nichts ausser freche Sprüche von sich geben, wundert mich bis heute wie man so eine einstellen kann! Unfortunately I can only agree with the negative reviews. The doctor is 10/10 simply great, doesn't know a better doctor, but the assistant is not only unfriendly, emotionless, but is not even in her place and I had to stand up with my son (30 minutes !!!), even though he was strong Had breathing problems until she finally appeared !!! And then not even an "excuse" or anything like that from your side, just cheeky, incompetent & bad, what a shame for the doctor's very good reputation. Do not advise anyone to choose this practice as their general practitioner. Just because of the assistant !! And that for months ... there are enough (justifiably) negative reviews ONLY because of the assistant ... so the question arises: Why is she not fired ??? In any case, I'm with a different family doctor and I'll never be here again - just because of the assistant Anita! Anita can't make anything but cheeky sayings, I am still amazed how you can hire someone like that!
K	Kilian Schnitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Ärztin, aber schlimmste Assistentin aus ganz Vorarlberg, eine neue Assistentin wäre keine schlechte Idee! Trotz vieler Beschwerden wegen der, wird nichts dagegen unternommen?! Vermeide diese Praxis so gut es geht, nur wegen der Assistentin und rate auch jeden von dieser Praxis ab, wegen ihr. Ärztin ist eine der Besten aus ganz Vorarlberg, kenne kaum bessere und sympathischere als sie. :-) Great doctor, but worst assistant from all of Vorarlberg, a new assistant would not be a bad idea! Despite many complaints about the, nothing is being done about it ?! Avoid this practice as much as possible, just because of the assistant and advise everyone against this practice because of her. The doctor is one of the best from all of Vorarlberg, and she hardly knows any better and more personable ones than her. :-)
