Man wird komplett respektlos behandelt und wenn man von der Sprechstundenhilfe nicht angeschrien wird, hat man Glück gehabt! For me personally, it was the worst visit to the doctor I have ever had! You are treated completely disrespectful and if you are not shouted at by the receptionist, you are lucky!

Sie erklärt auch was man hat, und geht auf die Patienten ein. Wartezeiten sind leider etwas lange, aber das liegt nicht an der Ärztin. She seems very competent to me, not always the gentlest tone, but by no means find her unsympathetic. She also explains what you have and deals with the patient. Unfortunately, waiting times are a bit long, but that's not because of the doctor.

Da gehe ich nie wieder hin vorher sterbe ich lieber als ich da wieder hingehe! INCREDIBLY Rude Staff just yell around but maybe they talk like that. The smartest 2 people in this world are this doctor and this secretary. I'll never go there again, I'd rather die than go there again!

K	K NC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin eine Patientin bei Frau Dr. Pichler und da Sie auf Urlaub ist habe ich heute angerufen weil ich Rezepte brauche und wurde sowas von unhöflich behandelt am Telefon, die Dame die sich zuerst meldete war nett aber dann gab Sie mich an die Assistentin weiter. Diese war dann sowas von arrogant, wenn jemand einen schlechten Tag hat sollte er bzw. sie es nicht am Patienten auslassen. Jeder sucht sich selbst aus wo er arbeiten will deswegen glaube ich das sich die Assistentin den falschen Job ausgesucht hat, im Umgang mit Menschen ist sie nicht besonders gut und das ist meine Meinung nachdem ich nur angerufen habe, wer weiß wie es erst gewesen wäre wenn ich persönlich vorbei gekommen wäre. I am a patient of Dr. Pichler and since she is on vacation I called today because I need prescriptions and was treated so rudely on the phone, the lady who answered first was nice but then she passed me on to the assistant. She was so arrogant, if someone has a bad day he or she shouldn't take it out on the patient. Everyone chooses where they want to work for themselves, so I think that the assistant has chosen the wrong job, she is not particularly good at dealing with people and that is my opinion after I just called, who knows how it would have been if I would have come over personally.

The doctor is great. But the staff is rude and cannot work with people. Long waiting times. Nevertheless, you are treated very well as a patient.

Dies ging so weit dass ich unter Tränen und ohne Behandlung wieder gegangen bin. Extremely rude staff. I came with a very bad sore throat just to let the people yell at me and insult me.
