Ich bedanke mich herzlich. The practice organization is excellent, there are hardly any waiting times, all employees are extremely friendly and the medical treatment by Dr. Jeserschek was very good and successful. Beruhigend, dass er seine zwei Arzthelferinnen genauso ungut behandelt - es scheint seine Art zu sein...In Corona Zeiten waren wir im Wartebereich ( geschätzte 30 m2 ) bis zu 9 Personen, der Arzt selbst hatte den Mundschutz die paar Minuten der " Behandlung " fast nie über Mund / Nase gezogen. Ich bin weiß Gott keine Mimose, trotzdem war ich ziemlich betreten wie ein Arzt seiner Patientin und seinen Angestellten so " über den Mund " fährt. Erstes und letztes Mal dort gewesen ! One hour 15 minutes waiting time despite the appointment. The doctor treats you like a snotchild (almost 50 years old). It is reassuring that he treats his two doctor's assistants just as badly - it seems to be his way ... In Corona times we were in the waiting area (estimated 30 m2) for up to 9 people, the doctor himself had the face mask for the few minutes of the "treatment" almost never pulled over the mouth / nose. God knows I am not a mimosa, but nevertheless I was quite embarrassed like a doctor to his patient and his employees drives "over the mouth". Been there first and last time!

Ich kam mit einer Fußproblematik dahin und wurde sehr gründlich von Dr. Jeserschek untersucht und beraten. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Very easy to reach by phone and very friendly. The waiting time in the practice was short - I'm used to it very differently with other doctors. I came there with a foot problem and was very thoroughly attended to by Dr. Jeserschek examines and advises. Will definitely come back again.

Ich bin super zufrieden und möchte mich nochmals auf diesem Wege bedanken und empfehle die Praxis sehr gerne weiter. R	Robert Wagendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man alle bisherigen 27 Rezensionen durchliest, könnte man durchaus unsicher werden. Ich habe sie aber erst nach meinem Besuch gelesen. Vielleicht hatte ich Glück? Ein radiologischer Befund lag vor und Dr. Jeserschek, der schon eine etwas "hemdsärmelige Art" hat, hat sich mein Anliegen angehört. Auf Grund seiner Untersuchung hat er dann einen Befundbericht diktiert. Das alles hat einschließlich einer Empfehlung betreffend die weitere Abklärung ca. 10 Minuten beansprucht. Das ist inhaltlich wie zeitlich in Ordnung für mich, insbesondere im Vergleich zu den 3 Minuten bei einem anderen Orthopäden in selbiger Angelegenheit. Trotz Termin lag die Wartezeit bei 1 1/2 Stunden. Das ist viel zu lang. Auch wenn es gratis WLAN gibt. Eine halbe Stunde hat schon die Aufnahme in die Patientenkartei gedauert. Während dieser Wartezeit war auch die Anmeldung einmal eine halbe Stunde (!) unbesetzt, da beide Assistentinnen in den Ordinationsräumen beschäftigt waren. There was a radiological finding and Dr. Jeserschek, who already has a somewhat "shirt-sleeved style", listened to my request. He then dictated a report based on his examination. All of this, including a recommendation regarding further clarification, took about 10 minutes. In terms of content and timing, that's okay for me, especially compared to the 3 minutes with another orthopedist in the same matter. Despite the appointment, the waiting time was 1 1/2 hours. It is far too long. Even if there is free WiFi. The admission to the patient register has already taken half an hour. During this waiting period, the registration was also unoccupied for half an hour (!), Since both assistants were employed in the ordination rooms.
