C	Caroline Maria Lorenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor exakt 2 Wochen wurden mir all meine 4 Weisheitszähne entfernt. Ich möchte mich recht herzlich beim gesamten Team von Dr. Wiener bedanken. Ich hatte zugegeben Angst vor dem Eingriff, doch das Team nahm mich ernst und sprach mir Mut zu. Dies ist mir wichtig zu erwähnen, denn leider werden Ängste von Patienten oftmals nicht ernst genommen bzw. ignoriert. Der eigentliche Eingriff wurde schnell und fachmännisch erledigt, ebenso war die Nahtentfernung inkl. Kontrolle einwandfrei! Auch hier spürte man wieder die Sensibilität gegenüber den Patienten, durch gute Aufklärung und einen der Situation angepassten Humor ;-) Einen Arzt, welcher sein Handwerk beherrscht, findet man öfters. Aber ein ganzes Team, das es versteht individuell auf die Person einzugehen (noch dazu mit einem Kassenvertrag), wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal in Salzburg. Einfach nur sehr empfehlenswert! Exactly 2 weeks ago, all of my 4 wisdom teeth were removed. I would like to extend a warm welcome to the entire team of Dr. Thank you Viennese. I was afraid of the procedure, but the team took me seriously and encouraged me. This is important to me to mention, because unfortunately patients' fears are often not taken seriously or are ignored. The actual operation was carried out quickly and professionally, and the seam removal including control was also flawless! Here, too, you could feel the sensitivity towards the patient again, through good education and a sense of humor adapted to the situation ;-) You can often find a doctor who has mastered his craft. But a whole team that knows how to respond to each person individually (with a health insurance contract, too), probably not a second time in Salzburg. Just highly recommended!
V	Verena Reifecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden von unserem Zahnarzt zu ihm am selben Tag übermittelt weil bei meinem Sohn nicht der komplette Zahn gerissen werden konnte. Obwohl er schon geschlossen hatte, hat er meinen Sohn (12 Jahre) sofort dran genommen. Er hat ihm alle seine Schritte ausführlich erklärt und war sehr nett und einfühlsam. Auch ich als Mutter hab mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und mir wurde ebenso alles ausführlich erklärt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Our dentist sent us to him on the same day because my son's entire tooth could not be torn. Although it was already closed, it took my son (12 years old) on immediately. He explained all his steps to him in detail and was very nice and empathetic. As a mother, I also felt that I was in very good hands and everything was explained to me in detail. We recommend.

I had all three wisdom teeth removed. I didn't really notice anything about the surgery itself. Very competent team. I can recommend 100%.

Vor allem bei der Weisheitszahn OP war das Team sehr um das Wohlbefinden bemüht. Leider bin ich mittlerweile nicht mehr in Salzburg, aber auch den Wechsel zu einem anderen Zahnarzt war leicht möglich, aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team. Mr. dr Wiener & his team were just great in the preliminary discussion, as well as in the treatment and debriefing. Especially with the wisdom tooth surgery, the team was very concerned about the well-being. Unfortunately, I am no longer in Salzburg, but it was also easy to switch to another dentist because of the cooperation with the team.

Dr. Wiener ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, ebenfalls seine Frau und die Zahnarztassistentinen, die mich betreut haben. Sehr angenehme Athmosphäre. Die Praxis bietet neben schulmedizinischen Produkten wie Schmerzmittel nach der OP auch natürliche Produkte wie Zahnöl oder homöpathisches wie Globuli zur Abheiling an, das fand ich persönlich sehr ansprechend. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und würde jederzeit wieder zu Dr. Wiener gehen. Ein sehr kompetenter und einfühlsamer Arzt, er nimmt einen sofort die Angst. Ich hatte so gut wie keine schmerzen, alles ist super verlaufen. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für Dr. Wiener und sein Team entscheiden. I had a wisdom tooth surgery with Dr. Wiener and I felt that we were in very good hands. A very competent and empathetic doctor, he takes away your fear immediately. I had almost no pain, everything went great. I would always go back to Dr. Wiener and his team decide.

Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, waren alle Weisheitszähne in ca. 30 min raus, die Atmosphäre war wirklich sehr angenehm und habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Geschwollen war ich so gut wie gar nicht. Nach 7 Tagen wurden die Fäden gezogen und dann war auch schon wieder alles vorbei :-) Bin froh, dass alle Weisheitszähne raus sind und dass alles so reibungslos verlaufen ist! As far as I can remember, all wisdom teeth were out in about 30 minutes, the atmosphere was really very pleasant and I felt in good hands at all times. I wasn't swollen at all. After 7 days the stitches were pulled and then it was all over again :-) I'm glad that all wisdom teeth are out and that everything went so smoothly! Many thanks to dr. Wiener and his great team!
