★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie eine schlechtere Hausverwaltung gesehen! Kümmern sich um nichts, falls man sie überhaupt mal erreicht!! Sollte verboten werden sowas als „Immobilienverwaltung“ zu bezeichnen!!
Never seen a worse property management company! Don't worry about anything, if you ever reach them !! Should be forbidden to call something like "real estate management" !!

Very hard-working and uncomplicated. Everything is explained in detail and passed on honestly. Every now and then you wait a bit for the professionals but the ladies can't help it. Any time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschusseln Termine schlechte Absprache mit Maklern. Kaution Rückzahlung dauerte einen Monat nach Rückfrage per Mail erst keine richtige Antwort bekommen dann gar keine mehr. Per Telefon wurde uns gesagt dass die Rückzahlung „übersehen“ wurde. Keiner kennt sich wirklich aus leider.
Shed appointments poor consultation with realtors. The repayment of the deposit took a month. We were told over the phone that the repayment had been "overlooked". Unfortunately, nobody really knows their stuff.
