Auf einen Termin muss man meist nicht all zu lange warten, Notfälle werden bei Bedarf sofort behandelt, generell sind die Wartezeiten durchschnittlich, das Team ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Darüber hinaus, besteht eine direkte Verbindung zur Uniklinik für Zahnmedizin.
