Diese wirkten auf mich arrogant. Nie wieder. Es gibt genug andere Zahnärzte. I have only been there once. Mr. Goharkhay likes to be friendly, but you can not say that about the female staff. These looked arrogant on me. Never again. There are enough other dentists.

Herr DDr. waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr nett. Desweiteren fühlte ich mich ernst genommen als ich sagte, dass ich Angst vor Zahnärzten habe. Diese Ordination kann ich ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Möchte mich hiermit nochmals bei allen Mitarbeitern recht herzlich bedanken :) Since I myself am terrified of dentists, I found the visit relatively difficult. However, I was pleasantly surprised. All employees incl. Mr. DDr. were very accommodating, friendly and very nice. Furthermore, I felt taken seriously when I said that I was afraid of dentists. I can recommend this ordination without hesitation. I would like to thank all employees again very much :)

Das ganze Team hat sich toll und einfühlsam um mich gekümmert. Es wurden mir dann ein Weisheitszahn und 2 Backenzähne gezogen. Ich kann nur sagen :TOP TEAM und 1A Zahnarzt. Ab jetzt nur noch dort hin! I am a patient with fear and yesterday I decided to go to the doctor only after several days of extreme toothache. The whole team looked after me great and sensitive. Then a wisdom tooth and 2 molars were pulled out. I can only say: TOP TEAM and 1A dentist. From now on only go there!

Er nimmt sich Zeit, er ist einfühlsam und er stresst mich nicht. Ich bin schon einigen Zahnärzten begegnet und auf deren Stuhl gesessen, aber diesmal kann ich sagen, ich habe meinen Zahnarzt gefunden und den gebe ich nie wieder her. DANKE an Dich ud Dein Team, welches auch mehr als nur Spitzenklasse ist. As the fear patient par excellence, I am the inventor of fear. I can only say that this dentist is just top class. He takes his time, he is empathetic and he doesn't stress me out. I've met a few dentists and sat on their chairs, but this time I can say that I've found my dentist and I'm never going to give it back. Dort geh ich ab jetzt immer hin. Very empathetic, very kind and nice team. It was immediately recognized that I am a fear patient and so they were even more cautious. I always go there from now on.
N	Nadja Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Angstpatientin wobei es eher Panik heisen sollte, fühle ich mich hier verstanden u vorallem akzeptiert u nicht belächelt sondern gut aufgehoben und gut beraten, wie auch betreut! 1. Termin: Kennenlernen, vorsichtige Untersuchung, besprechen was zu tun ist (vorallem das gefiel mir, das man hier mit entscheidet u Optionen bespricht). Dann Aufklärung bzgl Narkose, auch hier ruhig, sachlich und doch auch mit gutem Humor vorbereitet. 2. Termin: Vom Empfang bis hin zum Betreten des Raumes, des Einschlafens, des Aufwachens bis hin zur Nachbetreuung: TOP! Ein bisschen wackelig auf den Beinen bekommt man auch eine Telefonnummer für die nächsten 24std. TOP! Kaum Schmerzen danach u richtig zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis!TOP! Genau wie erhofft! Endlich werde ich wieder regelmässig zu Kontrollen gehen da hier der Patient mit einbezogen wird u man spürt das gute Arbeitsklima! Hab mich an alle Tipps gehalten u wenn man das tut, passt alles wunderbar! DANKE As a fearful patient where it should rather mean panic, I feel understood and above all accepted and not smiled at but in good hands and well advised, as well as looked after! 1. Appointment: Getting to know each other, careful examination, discussing what to do (I especially liked the fact that you decide here with and discuss options). Then clarification about anesthesia, also here calm, factual and yet also prepared with good humor. 2nd appointment: From reception to entering the room, falling asleep, waking up and aftercare: TOP! A bit wobbly on your feet you get a phone number for the next 24 hours. TOP! Hardly any pain afterwards and really satisfied with the result! TOP! Exactly as hoped! Finally I will go to regular controls again because the patient is included and you can feel the good working atmosphere! I followed all of the tips and if you do that, everything fits perfectly! THANK YOU
