Jetzt kann man wieder den Arztbesuchen entspannt nachgehen, sehr aufmerksam und intelligente Assistentin, also was da von " Vivian" gepostet wurde sollte mit Anwalt angeordnet zum Löschen gebracht werden. Extrem hektische Assistentin (auch neu), man fühlt sich absolut nicht gut aufgehoben. Die E-Card wird einem sozusagen aus der Hand gerissen und man wird militärisch aufgefordert, sich zu setzen. Am Telefon konnte sie nicht mal die Vertretungsärzte bekanntgeben. Generell ein ungeduldiger Umgang mit den Patienten, keine Arbeitsstruktur, nicht freundlich, nur am abfertigen, sagt am Telefon zu Patienten, sie kennt sich nicht aus. Geht gar nicht! Die anderen Patienten sind ebenfalls kopfschüttelnd dagesessen. Zur Ärztin - kompetent oder nicht lässt sich auf die Schnelle nicht beurteilen, von oben herab aber auf jeden Fall. Wenn ich zum Arzt gehe, will ich sicher keine persönliche Meinung einholen. Danke und nie wieder! Genaue Untersuchung ( Ärztin hat als Erste genau zugehört und untersucht und herausgefunden welche Diagnose ich habe !! )!Bei jedem Besuch wird Zeit genommen , alle Beschwerden werden ernst genommen - ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit bei den anderen Ärzten!! I've been in treatment for a few months and I'm always impressed by the ordination and the whole team! Exact examination (doctor was the first to listen carefully and examine and found out what diagnosis I have !! )! We take our time with every visit, all complaints are taken seriously - this is not a matter of course with the other doctors!!
