Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. I got the appointment in the first few days. Before the appointment I got a phone call explaining the whole procedure to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Danach wurde mir erklärt wie der ganze Prozess ablaufen wird. Ich bin schon neugierig auf meine Zahnspange. I am very happy with Dr. Smile. First a 3d scan was made. It went very well and the person was very personable too. Then I was told how the whole process will work. I'm curious about my braces.

Die Dame die für mich zuständig war, hat sehr bemüht gearbeitet, war ebenfalls freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet bzw.auf Möglichkeiten diese anderweitig beantworten zu lassen wurde hingewiesen. Guter Kundenservice den ich empfehlen kann! The service and the appointment were really quick and very thorough. The lady who was responsible for me worked very hard, was also friendly and courteous. All questions were answered competently or we pointed out the possibility of having them answered in other ways. Good customer service that I can recommend!

Nur wenn ich mich für die Behandlung entscheide muss ich anfangen zu zahlen. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend und hat mir alle Fragen beantworten. I received an appointment straight away and the first examination was super quick and free of charge. Only when I choose treatment do I have to start paying. The staff was also very accommodating and answered all of my questions.

Mein Behandlungsplan war dann in nicht mal 24 Stunden fertig und wurde ausführlich per Telefon besprochen und die Schienen in Auftrag gegeben. Von der Terminbuchung bis zur Behandlung verläuft alles unkompliziert. Ich freue mich schon auf das Endergebnis :) I already felt that I was in very good hands with the partner office during the 3D scan. My treatment plan was then ready in less than 24 hours and was discussed in detail over the phone and the splints were commissioned. From booking an appointment to the treatment, everything is straightforward. I'm looking forward to the end result :)
