K	Kerstin Wanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Zeder ist eine außerordentlich kompetente und zuverlässige Ärztin.Sie nimmt sich immer ausreichend Zeit für ihre kleinen Patienten und auch auf all die Fragen der Eltern geht sie hervorragenden ein.Mit langen Wartezeiten hat man bei ihr nicht zu rechnen und im Akutfall bekommt man rasch einen Einschubtermin noch am gleichen Tag bzw. steht sie bereits am Telefon mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Das Sofotlabor hat große therapeutische Vorteile und man erspart sich dadurch den Weg ins Krankenhaus wenn es z.B.: um einen Blutbildbefund geht.Wir sind sehr froh, eine so tolle Kinderärztin für unsere Kinder gefunden zu haben und können sie jedem nur dringend weiterempfehlen.Daher von unserer Seite: volle 5 Sterne! Ein derartiges Verständnis von Medizin ist mir unerklärlich und ist abzulehnen. Outrageous. In the holiday season, when it is difficult anyway, a child with significant pain is simply not treated. Vormittag ging's ihr etwas besser... bis sie Fieber bekam. Deshalb schaute ich schnell bei Google wie die ordinationszeiten von Fr. Dr. sind. (Es war 11:30 und dort stand sie habe bis 13 Uhr offen). Also fuhren wir gleich hin... dort angekommen wurden wir wahrgenommen. (Mit einem "Grüß Gott") Und meiner kleine sah man es an dass es ihr nicht gut geht!! Vor uns war eine Mutter mit Kind. Nach u s kam jemand zum impfen. Die sie vorgenommen hat (Ok, kein Problem-impfen dauert nicht lange) Als dann schon die nächsten warteten fragte ich mal nach ob es möglich ist mein Kind zu untersuchen... NEIN DA IHR KEINEN TERMIN HABE!!! UND NEUE PATIENTEN WERDEN NICHT AUFGENOMMEN!! Wir waren schon einige Male mit beiden Kindern bei ihr! Das sage ich ihr auch... IHR HABT KEINEN TERMIN DANN MÜSST IHR HALT INS SPITAL FAHREN! Ich bin So was von wütend und enttäuscht!!! Werde sicher nicht mehr hingehen!!! Hab schon eine neue nette Ärztin gefunden die uns (trotz geschlossener Ordi) geholfen hat!! We'd be sent away today without treatment! My little 19 month old daughter had been vomiting all night. She was doing a little better in the morning ... until she got a fever. That's why I quickly looked on Google for the ordination times of Fr. are. (It was 11:30 a.m. and there it was open until 1 p.m.). So we went straight there ... when we arrived there we were noticed. (With a "Grüß Gott") And you could see my little one that she is not doing well !! Before us was a mother with a child. After u s someone came to vaccinate. Which she did (Ok, no problem - vaccination doesn't take long) When the next ones were already waiting, I asked if it was possible to examine my child ... NO, YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT !!! AND NEW PATIENTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED !! We have been to her a few times with both children! I tell her that too ... YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL! I'm so angry and disappointed !!! Will definitely not go again! Already found a nice new doctor who helped us (despite the closed ordi) !!

Auch wenn man Kurz vor Ordinationsschluss anruft mit einem Problem, kann man noch vorbei kommen. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für die Probleme und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man ihre Zeit stielt (so wie bei vielen anderen Ärzten) Wenn man bei etwas unsicher ist, erklärt sie es einem auch 5mal in aller Ruhe, bis man es verstanden hat. Top pediatrician! With so much love, friendliness and sensitivity. Call, describe the problem and you will get it right away. Even if you call shortly before the ordination closes with a problem, you can still come by. She takes time for the problems and you don't have the feeling that you are stealing her time (as with many other doctors) If you are unsure about something, she will calmly explain it to you 5 times until you understand it.

Häufig auch telefonisch bereits die wichtigsten Behandlungsmöglichkeiten und man bekommt zeitnah einen Termin bzw. sogar sehr schnell einen Einschubtermin falls nötig. Man fühlt sich als Eltern wahr- und ernstgenommen, das ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig. Auch preislich trotz Privatpraxis bezahlbar und fair. With her for several years and very satisfied.
