Danach gibt es wieder einen neuen Termin in 14 Tagen? Very rude lady in customer acceptance. Assign appointments at times when there is no ordination and deny it. Then there is another appointment in 14 days?

Ich habe heute angerufen, da ich starke Schmerzen hatte und obwohl es kurz vor Ordinationsschluss war, konnte ich sofort kommen. Auch super für Angspatienten (ich als Angstpatient habe mich super aufgehoben gefühlt), alle in der Ordination waren SEHR nett und einfühlsam. Fr. Dr. hatt alles genau erklärt. Vielen Dank für die rasche Hilfe und ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team I can only recommend Ms. Majdalani. Mrs. Dr. is also there for patients in the corona crisis! I called today because I was in a lot of pain and although it was close to the end of the ordination I could come straight away. Also great for anxiety patients (I felt very well cared for as an anxiety patient), everyone in the ordination was VERY nice and sensitive. Mrs. Dr. had explained everything exactly. Thank you for the quick help and a big compliment to the whole team

S	Susanne LUZA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach langer und reiflicher Überlegung : Ich bin enttäuscht und nicht mehr zufrieden. Über ein Jahr war ich regelmäßig mindestens einmal im Monat bei ihr. Ich dachte, ich hätte die perfekte Zahnärztin gefunden. Bis zu dem Tag, wo ich massive Probleme bekam. Fr Doktor selbst hat mich in die Notfall des AKH überwiesen und am nächsten Tag im Stich gelassen. Somit musste mir eine fremde Zahnärztin helfen, welche absolut keine Ahnung von meinem Fall hatte. Frau Rohrer sagte noch, dass sie es weiter leiten werde. Anscheinend hat es Fr Doktor nicht besonders interessiert, denn sie meldete sich nicht mehr. Nachdem ich an 3 Tagen von 3 verschiedenen Ärzten eine lokale Anästhesie erhalten habe, kann ich sagen, dass ich alleine dabei schon bei Fr Dr Majdalani die meisten Schmerzen hatte. Ich habe alle Termine abgesagt und werde nicht mehr wieder kommen. After long and careful consideration: I am disappointed and no longer satisfied. I went to see her regularly at least once a month for over a year. I thought I had found the perfect dentist. Until the day I got into massive problems. For doctor himself referred me to the emergency of the AKH and left me in the lurch the next day. So a strange dentist had to help me, who had absolutely no idea about my case. Ms. Rohrer also said that she would pass it on. Apparently Fr Doktor wasn't particularly interested because she didn't answer. After receiving local anesthesia from 3 different doctors for 3 days, I can say that I had the most pain with Fr Dr Majdalani alone. I have canceled all appointments and will not come back again.

Die Angst vor Zahnärzten wird einem durch die angenehme Atmosphäre genommen. We recommend. Great friendly team. Miss Dr. Majdalani is very sensitive and works perfectly.
