★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässig eine Zumutung. Man wartet 2 Stunden ist dann eine Minute Hände waschen und die nehmen einen anderen Patienten. Unhygienisch beim Röntgen ist es zugegangen. Unfreundlich in jeder Hinsicht.
An unreasonable imposition. You wait 2 hours and then you wash your hands for a minute and they take another patient. It was unsanitary with X-rays. Rude in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher war die Praxis gar nicht mal so schlecht. Obwohl ich Angst habe vorm Zahnarzt bin ich noch freiwillig hingegangen.
Leider hat sich dann alles verschlechtert.
Die Ärztin hatte auf einmal kaum mehr ein Einfühlungsvermögen und die dauernd wechselnden Assistenten wussten oft nicht was sie tun.
Trotz sehr starker Schmerzen sind warte Zeiten von bis zu 2 Stunden nicht unüblich...
Und das röntgen bei einer Wurzelbehandlung sehr unangenehm da man mit offenen Zahn (man muss dann natürlich den Mund offen halten) aus dem Behandlungszimmer gehen muss, wieder in den Wartezimmerbereich um zum röntgen zu gelangen. Die Blicke der anderen Patienten sind da wirklich sehr unangenehm.
Auch das man vom Wartezimmer einen sehr guten Blick in die Behandlungszimmer hat ist sehr unangenehm.

Suddenly the doctor barely had any empathy and the constantly changing assistants often did not know what they were doing.
Despite very severe pain, waiting times of up to 2 hours are not uncommon ...
And X-raying with a root canal treatment is very uncomfortable because you have to go out of the treatment room with an open tooth (of course you have to keep your mouth open) and back to the waiting room area to get an X-ray. The looks of the other patients are really very uncomfortable.
The fact that you have a very good view of the treatment room from the waiting room is also very uncomfortable.
