★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Sekretärin, trotz mehrmaligen telefonischen anrufen (3-4x angerufen und mehr als 5 Minuten klingeln lassen) kommt man nicht durch. Vor Ort sieht man 1 Person warten!!! und durchgehend das Telefon klingeln. Man schert sich nicht das geringste über die Anrufer - darum wird der Termin auch nicht zustande kommen da man nie einen ausmachen kann.
Mit starken Magen-Darm beschwerden, weil man Telefon nicht abnimmt, habe ich kein Termin und muss mehr als 7x beim Arzt aufs WC gehen.
Nach zweimaligen Nachfragen wielange das noch dauert, wird man mit nem Lächeln weggewunken - der Arzt ruft wenn er Zeit hat weil du ja kein Termin hast.
Es sitz immer 1ne Person seit 2 Stunden neben mir, welche auch immer zum Arzt gerufen wird.
Bitte meidet den Arzt, Dr. Wolf ist eine gute Alternative!
Unfriendly secretary, despite repeated telephone calls (3-4x call and more than 5 minutes ring) you will not get through. On site you can see 1 person waiting !!! and ring the phone continuously. You do not care a bit about the callers - that's why the appointment will not come off because you can never make one.
With severe gastrointestinal complaints, because you do not decrease phone, I have no appointment and must go to the toilet more than 7x at the doctor.
After two queries as long as that lasts, one is waved away with a smile - the doctor calls when he has time because you have no appointment.
It always sits 1ne person for 2 hours next to me, which is always called to the doctor.
Please avoid the doctor, dr. Wolf is a good alternative!
