Kann man nur empfehlen :) Very good doctor, takes time for patients with good solutions. Most importantly, he trusts and believes in his patients. I can only recommend it :)

B	Barbara Wetzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Künz selber ist sehr bemüht um die Patienten, ABER die Sprechstundenhilfen sind sehr unfreundlich und es wird einem sehr schwer gemacht wenn man einen 24h Pflegefall zu Hause hat!! Schade darum! Antwort: Abgesehen von der Tatsache das viele am Limit arbeiten, war ich noch nie unhöflich!!! Momentan ist dies wohl eine nette Ausrede das man behauptet andere würden unhöflich sein! Es war und ist mein empfinden und das darf man kundgeben ob ihnen das passt oder nicht. Man kann einen schlechten Tag haben aber ich finde wenn ich diesen Beruf wähle muss ich in diesem Moment einfach emphatisch sein und Einfühlungsvermögen besitzen ansonsten ist man dort fehl am Platz! Ist nur meine Meinung!! Dr. Kuenz himself goes to great lengths to look after the patients, BUT the office hours helpers are very unfriendly and it is made very difficult if you have a 24-hour nursing case at home! What a shame! Answer: Apart from the fact that many people are working to the limit, I've never been rude !!! At the moment this is a nice excuse to say that others are being rude! It was and is my feeling and you can tell whether you like it or not. You can have a bad day, but I think if I choose this job I just have to be emphatic at this moment and have empathy, otherwise one is out of place there! Is just my opinion !!

Leider ist aber die Ordinationsassistentin (die mit der Brille) sehr inkompetent und hat eine aggressive Art. Jegliche Frage wird ignoriert und das Thema wird so zu recht gewendet so wie sie es will. Sie lässt einen nicht einmal ausreden und behauptet sachen die die Ärztin nicht gesagt hat. Etwas von Datenschutz hat sie auch noch nie gehört, obwohl ich ihr gesagt habe dass ich keine Covid Symptome habe musste ich zuerst meine Beschwerde vor den Patienten erläutern damit ich zur Arztin dufte. Ich habe auch gesehen wie eine Patientin sehr zurückhaltend war als sie Kontakt mit Ihr hatte und sich scheute eine Frage zu stellen.
