Wartezeit hatte ich noch nie wirklich, durch die Terminvereinbarung. Diese ist auch online möglich - man erhält eine Terminerinnerung per Mail und in der Bestätigungsmail ist der Termin als Download für den Kalender angehängt. Bankomatzahlung möglich - für mich super, weil ich in den seltensten Fällen Bargeld mit habe. Für mich das perfekte Rundum Paket für meine Kinder! Ich komme dort an und mir wird gesagt, dass ich keinen Termin habe, da ich eine E-Mail erhalten habe und benachrichtigt wurde, als ob ich kommen wollte. Ich werde nie wieder gehen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich ihm 0 Sterne geben.??? I made an appointment and called 2 days ago. I asked if I had an appointment and was told yes.
