Wartezeit mit 45 Minuten ok. Polite, friendly and responded to my requests. Advice on alternatives and medication were, in my opinion, competent and very easy to understand. Waiting time of 45 minutes ok.

S	Stefan Riemekasten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war Mitte Januar zum Skifahren im Stubaital, wo mich von heute auf Morgen starke Bauchschmerzen heimsuchten. Also rief ich in dieser Praxis telefonisch nach einem Termin an, wo mir eine nette Dame mir antwortete, dass dies kann Problem sei, ich sollte sofort vorbei kommen. In der Praxis angekommen wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und nach den üblichen Formalitäten durfte ich das Wartezimmer betreten. Nach ca. 15 min war ich dran und Frau Dr. Nötzold nahm mich in Ihre Obhut. Viele Fragen wurden von Ihr gestellt und sie kam zu dem Ergebnis, eine umfangreiche Blutuntersuchung zu veranlassen. Abends sollte ich nochmal vorbeikommen, um mit Dr. Lugmeyer die Ergebnisse zu besprechen.Alles war in Ordnung, ist wohl stress meinerseitz gewesen. Auch das lief total Reibungslos und sehr kompetent. Da es wegen des Rechnungspreises vom Labor differenzen gab, wurde ich gebeten, am nächsten Tag die Rechnungen zu bezahlen, da der Praxis die Kosten vom Labor zu hoch erschien. Allen in allem bin ich mit dieser Praxis sehr zufrieden vor allem mit den Ärzten Dr. Lugmeyer und Dr. Nötzold. Nehmen sich sehr viel Zeit für einen und gehen auf jede Frage sehr kompetent ein. Ein großes Lob auch ein die Damen von der Anmeldung, sehr freundlich und sehr kundenorieniert. Der Slogan auf der Internetseite DER MENSCH IM MITTELPUNKT kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich kann und werde diese Praxis JEDEM weiterempfehlen, der ärzliche Hilfe im Stubaital benötigt. Vielen Dank Ihnen allen!!!! I was skiing in the Stubai Valley in mid-January, where I had severe abdominal pain overnight. So I called this practice over the phone for an appointment where a nice lady answered that this could be a problem, I should come over immediately. When I got to the practice, I was received very friendly and after the usual formalities, I was allowed to enter the waiting room. After about 15 minutes it was my turn and Dr. Nötzold took me into your care. She asked many questions and came to the conclusion that she had to have an extensive blood test. In the evening I should come back to see Dr. Lugmeyer to discuss the results. Everything was fine, it was probably stressful on my part. That also went very smoothly and very competently. Since there were differences from the laboratory due to the invoice price, I was asked to pay the bills the next day, because in practice the costs from the laboratory seemed too high. All in all, I am very satisfied with this practice, especially with the doctors Dr. Lugmeyer and Dr. Nötzold. Take a lot of time for you and deal with every question very competently. Kudos from the registration, very friendly and very customer-oriented. I can only confirm the slogan on the website THE PEOPLE IN THE CENTER. I can and will recommend this practice to EVERYONE who needs medical help in the Stubai Valley. Thank you all !!!!

E	Eine Tirolerin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während ich mich bei Herrn Dr. Lugmayr oft unverstanden fühle, finde ich bei Frau Dr. Nötzold die richtige Ansprechperson. Sie ist unwahrscheinlich freundlich, hört genau zu, erklärt alles genau und gibt mir ein sicheres Gefühl.? Und bei den Damen am Empfang ist Sabine einfach spitze. Sie bemüht sich immer sehr. ?? While I was with Dr. Lugmayr often feel misunderstood, I find Dr. Nötzold the right contact person. She is incredibly friendly, listens carefully, explains everything and makes me feel safe.? And with the ladies at reception, Sabine is just great. She always tries very hard. ??
