Eigentlich hätte ich zum Hbf fahren müssen um meinen Anschlusszug zu erwischen, tja Bus kam aber der Fahrer hatte es anscheinend nicht nötig stehenzubleiben, sondern war eher damit beschäftigt mich schief anzusehen und einfach weiterzufahren. Und für sowas zahlt man noch!! Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn es das gäbe. Today I was at the bus stop at 6:25 (according to the timetable 6:30). Actually, I should have gone to the main station to catch my connecting train, well, the bus came, but the driver apparently didn't need to stop, but was rather busy looking at me crookedly and just driving on. And you still pay for that! Would give 0 stars if it existed.

Aber der Fahrer hielt es nicht für nötig anzuhalten,um uns einsteigen zu lassen , es standen 2 weitere Busse an der Haltestelle und er fuhr einfach weiter. Das Resultat,ich (wir) konnten 1 Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten. At 12.53 p.m., my bus was supposed to leave the Treibach bus station in the direction of Weitensfeld. But the driver didn't think it was necessary to stop to let us get in , there were 2 more buses at the stop and he just drove on. The result, I (we) could wait 1 hour for the next bus.

Auch die Busfahrer sind nicht immer freundlich und versuchen so viel Menschen in einen Bus zu bekommen, dass man sich nicht einmal mehr umdrehen kann. The bus was already 3x too late, whereupon I missed my train and could wait 1 hour. Also, the bus drivers are not always friendly and try to get so many people on a bus that you can not even turn around.

Fahrpläne sind auch nicht mit der Oebb abgestimmt. Fahrer freundlich! Unfortunately the timetables are not good. The cycle timetable with a maximum of 30 minute intervals should finally be introduced. Timetables are also not coordinated with Oebb. Driver friendly!
L	Lorenzo de Cillia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin jahrelang mit den Bussen gefahren und kann dem Unternehmen leider nur ein ziemlich schlechtes Zeugnis aussprechen. Gewisse Linien sind immer zu spät. Manche fahren prinzipiell früher als der Fahrplan weg. Manchmal kommt der Bus einfach gar nicht. Habe zweimal Busfahrer auf das Zu-Früh-Fahren angesprochen: ein Busfahrer meinte, dass sich der Fahrplan nicht ausgehe, wenn er pünktlich wegfahren würde. Der zweite ist explodiert und meinte, er allein entscheide wann der Bus fahrt und ich kann auch wieder aussteigen. Wie man auch an dem Beispiel sieht, teilweise leider sehr unfreundliche Busfahrer. Einmal habe ich beobachtet wie ein Schulkind von ca. 12 Jahren von einem Busfahrer zur Sau gemacht wurde, weil es seinen Ausweis vergessen hatte. Manchmal kommt der Bus einfach gar nicht. Auf mehrfache Beschwerden per Email deswegen wurde nicht reagiert. Außerdem vollkommen überteuert (Monatskarte 45€) für das kleine Netz bzw. die niedrige Frequenz. (Zum Vergleich: in Wien kostet das Monat 51€.) Traveled for years with the buses and can unfortunately give the company only a pretty bad testimonial. Certain lines are always too late. Some go in principle earlier than the timetable away. Sometimes the bus just does not come. I've twice addressed bus drivers to early-morning driving: a bus driver said the timetable would not go out if he left on time. The second one exploded and said that he alone decides when the bus will go and I can get out again. As you can see from the example, unfortunately some unfriendly bus drivers. Once I observed how a schoolchild of about 12 years from a bus driver was made to sow, because it had forgotten his passport. Sometimes the bus just does not come. For multiple complaints by email therefore was not responded. In addition, completely overpriced (monthly card 45 €) for the small network or the low frequency. (For comparison: in Vienna the month costs 51 €.)

K	Kian Kok Cheong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus always on time. Problem is, the bus is not in Google Map. This is very annoying. I need to go to Kowatsch website (which is somehow the name is Richard.at). Some places have no busses after 6pm which is annoying. Basically I don't like to be in Villach if I don't have a car. The bus is just too annoying to take because it doesn't go everywhere and there's some time where the bus is not available. I know they will make a big loss if they keep running the bus if there's no customer. But how to get customer if the bus is so not convenient? And no link up to Google? What's up with that?
