★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kommt es immer wieder vor das die Busfahrer, während des fahrens einfach zu Handy greifen und telefonieren (deutlich hörbar, Privatgespräche). Ich finde dies äußerst unverantwortlich ,da sich das telefonieren am Steuer deutlich merkbar auf das Fahrverhalten auswirkt.
Unfortunately it happens again and again that the bus drivers, while driving just grab the phone and make calls (clearly audible, private calls). I find this extremely irresponsible, because the phone at the wheel noticeably affects the driving behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maskenpflicht nur für Kunden wurde uns erklärt persöhnlicher Anruf einer Mirarbeiterin bei meiner Frau um sich über unsere Tochter zu beschweren falsche Angestellte am falschen Ort. Vielleicht wäre ein Training mit Kundenumgang fällig.
Mask requirement only for customers was explained to us personal call of a worker to my wife to complain about our daughter wrong employees in the wrong place. Perhaps a training with dealing with customers would be necessary.
