So wie er mich operierte merkt man das er was kann. Die Dame die mich im Op betreute war super super freundlich. Zu Ihm geht man gerne. Super das es so viele vollkommen unangebrachte schlechte Rezessionen gibt, so bekommt man schnell einen Termin.Oliver Graf Super dermatologist, competent and friendly. Kaum Wartezeit; Untersuchung verlief ebenfalls total angenehm und Herr Dr. Gassner hat in Ruhe meine Fragen beantwortet. Bin froh, dass ich zu ihm gewechselt habe :-) Totally recommended - super uncomplicated and above all get an appointment quickly! Hardly any waiting time; The examination was also very pleasant and Dr. Gassner calmly answered my questions. I'm glad I switched to him :-)

Bei Fragen nach einer Behandlung oder leichten Komplikationen, wünscht man sich schon jemanden erreichen zu können. Super doctor, friendly and competent. Das Tonband sagte mir den ganzen Vormittag, "sie könnten jetzt nicht antworten, man möge es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmals versuchen" ...... 5 Minuten später die nächste Ansage..... "die Ordinationszeiten sind von... bis... und von.... bis.....". Das ist ein Witz! Schön, dass die Ordination genug zu tun hat aber vielleicht sollte man die Patienten nicht "am Schmäh halten"!!! I have now tried 10 times to get an appointment. The whole morning the tape told me, "You couldn't answer now, you should try again at a later time" ...... 5 minutes later the next announcement ..... "The ordination hours are from ... to ... and from .... to ..... ". This is a joke! It's nice that the ordination has enough to do, but maybe the patients shouldn't be "humiliated" !!!

Auch nicht mehr alltäglich . Friendly, competent still takes time for patients. Good timing, so no long waiting times. Also very friendly assistants. Not everyday either.

Erreiche eine Dame und mir wurde ein Rückruf versprochen - niemand hat sich mehr bei mir gemeldet! Telefonisch versuche ich schon 2 Wochen jemanden zu erreichen!!! Als ich in die Ordination gefahren bin, war zu den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten auch niemand in der Ordination! Dieser Hautarzt ist nicht empfehlenswert! Very bad organization.
