K	Karo Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeiten einfach unfassbar lange !!! Selbst mit Termin kann man teilweise von 3Std Wartezeit rechnen. Arzt arbeitet sehr kompetent jedoch sind beide Arzt-Gehilfen bzw. Sekretärinnen sehr fade bzw.zeigen nur wenig Interesse an den Patienten und ihrer Arbeit. Waiting times are incredibly long !!! Even with appointment you can expect in part of 3 hours waiting time. Doctor works very competent but both doctor-assistants and secretaries are very bland respectively show little interest in the patient and their work.

T	This is Friedrich Habetler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit hatte heute einen Notfall da ich einen Hörsturz hatte und sie hat einfach aufgelegt wie ich fragte wo man bei einen Notfall anrufen könnte. Dort gehe ich nie wieder hin sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe dann eine andere ordination angerufen die hatten mich sofort mit einer Not Klinik verbunden. Das Team ist sehr unprofessionel. Nicht hingehen… A cheek had an emergency today because I had a sudden hearing loss and she just hung up when I asked where to call in case of an emergency. Ich bin spontan 15 Minuten vor Beginn der Ordinationszeit hin und bekam sofort einen Termin. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Dr. Lichtenegger nahm sich die Zeit um mit mir ausführlich über meine Beschwerden zu sprechen und auch die Untersuchung verlief sehr gründlich. Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen, da es nicht mehr als selbstverständlich erscheint, dass ein Kassenarzt sich für jemanden Zeit nimmt. I went to see Dr. Lichtenegger. I went there spontaneously 15 minutes before the start of the ordination and got an appointment straight away. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Lichtenegger took the time to talk to me in detail about my complaints and the examination was also very thorough. I can only recommend him, as it no longer seems to be taken for granted that a health insurance doctor takes time for someone.
