M	Monique Marsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin jetzt seit ein paar Jahren bei Frau Dr. Kesztele und kann guten Gewissens behaupten, dass sie eine super Ärztin ist - feinfühlig, kompetent und vertrauensvoll. Eine der Ordinarionshilfen hingegen hat sich als der blanke Horror entpuppt. Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr, hat meine Schmerzen und Ängste weder ernst noch zur Kenntnis genommen. Zeitdruck hin oder her, ein wenig Gefühl für den Umgang mit Patientinnen/Mitmenschen wird man wohl noch erwarten können. Niewieder begebe ich mich dort hin, danke nein. Have been with Dr. Kesztele and can say with a clear conscience that she is a great doctor - sensitive, competent and trusting. One of the ordinarians, however, turned out to be sheer horror. Unfriendly to the point of no longer possible, has neither taken seriously nor acknowledged my pain and fears. Time pressure or not, you can still expect a little feeling for dealing with patients. I'll never go there again, thank you no.

Man macht sich einen Termin aus für in 3 Monaten und kann dennoch 3 Stunden warten, noch dazu durfte ich 2 Stunden vor der Ordination im kalten sitzen (mir wurde gesagt das es eine Wartezimmerbegrenzung für max. 4 Personen gibt, und drin war eine Person) Man darf seine Dienstleistung im Vorhinein zahlen und trotzdem kommen laufend Kunden ohne Termin die trotzdem vorher dran genommen werden einfach nur unfreundlich werde in Zukunft auf so einen schlechten Service Verzichten Unfriendly receptionist, you are only given preferential treatment if you bring them money. You make an appointment for in 3 months and you can still wait 3 hours, in addition, I was allowed to sit in the cold 2 hours before the ordination (I was told that there was a waiting room limit for a maximum of 4 people, and there was one person in there) You can pay for your service in advance and still customers keep coming without an appointment who are still taken in advance, just being unfriendly, they will do without such a bad service in the future

Aber die Wartezeiten sind unerträglich, Man bekommt einen Termin 2 Monaten im Voraus,muss aber trotzdem gute 2 Stunden warten. Ich musste mehrmals meine Parkschein verlängern. Die Recepctonistin unfreundlich. Ich komme hier sicher nicht wieder. The doctor is really nice and takes the time to explain everything etc. But the waiting times are unbearable, you get an appointment 2 months in advance, but still have to wait a good 2 hours. I had to extend my parking permit several times. The receptionist unfriendly. I will definitely not come back here.

An die unerträglichen langen Wartezeiten von 2-3 Stunden - trotz Termin - hab ich mich an Ende schon gewöhnt. Leider ist eine der Rezeptionistinnen sehr unfreundlich und besitzt kein Einfühlungsvermögen. Gezwungenermaßen muss ich mir jetzt eine neue Ärztin suchen. Schade! I've been a patient here for a very long time - around 15 years. In the end I got used to the unbearably long waiting times of 2-3 hours - despite an appointment. Unfortunately, one of the receptionists is very unfriendly and has no empathy. I'm forced to look for a new doctor now. Pity!
