Very competent doctor - the procedure was carried out within seconds, as always, asks for background information, takes time for the patient and gives helpful advice.

Zu meiner 1. magenspiegelung bin ich guter Dinge hingegangen, herausgekommen bin ich wütend wie nie zuvor, der Arzt ist unfreundlich und belächelt jedes Wort, dass gesagt wird (anscheinend ist für ihn eine 20-jährige frau nicht ernstzunehmen). Als ich vor Schmerzen geschrien habe (zur Erklärung: mir wurde nur einer von zwei betäubungssprays in den rachen gesprüht, da ich davon brechreiz bekam, ich habe daher WIRKLICH schmerzen verspürt) wurde mir nur gesagt ich soll nicht hysterisch werden. Als mich der Arzt nach der Untersuchung fragte warum ich geschrien habe und ich meinte, weil es weh tat wurde mir belächelnd gesagt, dass das garnicht sein kann, dass das nie vorkommt. Nur zur Info: bei der Terminvereinbarung habe ich eine Frau schreien gehört, es dürfte also doch öfter vorkommen. Wer also weder schmerzempfinden moch würgereize hat und imun gegen unfreundliche Ärzte ist, darf es gerne versuchen. I would rather distribute minus points! I went to my first gastroscopy in good spirits, I came out angry like never before, the doctor is rude and smiles at every word that is said (apparently for him a 20-year-old woman is not to be taken seriously). When I screamed in pain (to explain: only one of two anesthetic sprays was sprayed into my throat because I got nausea, so I REALLY felt pain) I was only told not to get hysterical. When the doctor asked me why I was screaming after the examination and I said because it hurt, I was told with a smile that it can't be, that it never happens. Just for information: I heard a woman scream when I made an appointment, so it should happen more often. So if you have neither a feeling of pain, nor a gag and are against unfriendly doctors, you are welcome to give it a try.
J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieber würde ich null Punkte verteilen. Der eine stern ist für die nette empfangsdame und den raschen Termin. Ich hatte meine erste magenspiegelung. Mir wurde nichts erklärt, ich habe mich gefühlt wie eine Nummer. Unfreundlich und nicht einfühlsam. Ich wählte ohne Narkose. Er hat 4 mal versucht den schlauch in meinen Hals zu bekommen. Ich habe beim 2. Mal schon Blut und sehr viel Speichel gespuckt. Es tat weh, ich schaffte es nicht. Er wurde ungeduldig. Musste dann für 160€ eine Narkose zahlen. Beim aufwachen und danach habe ich niemanden mehr gesehen. Ich würde also nicht betreut, mir wurde nicht gesagt was genau gemacht wurde oder was sie gesehen haben. Nichts. Ich ärgere mich sehr so viel Geld für nichts gezahlt zu haben! I would rather give zero points. One star is for the nice receptionist and the quick appointment. I had my first gastroscopy. Nothing was explained to me, I felt like a number. Unfriendly and not empathetic. I chose without anesthesia. He tried 4 times to get the tube down my throat. The second time I spit blood and a lot of saliva. It hurt, I couldn't do it. He was getting impatient. Then had to pay an anesthetic for 160 €. When I woke up and afterwards I saw no one. So I was not looked after, I was not told what exactly was done or what they saw. Nothing. I am very annoyed not having paid so much money for nothing!
R	Reg Kli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiermit möchte ich mein allergrößtes Lob dieser Ordination aussprechen: abgesehen von der großen Fachkompetenz und der freundlichen Betreuung; wird man (bei einem nicht so guten Befund) unterstützend angerufen, sodass die Befundbesprechung noch vor den Feiertagen (...ohne Versäumnis) und nicht erst im Jänner stattfinden kann! Ich war schon immer sehr zufrieden, aber "das" macht heutzutage nicht mehr jeder...Danke Dr. Bauer & Team!!!C gLg Regina Klimek I would like to express my greatest praise to this ordination: apart from the great expertise and the friendly support; you will be called for support (if the result is not so good) so that the discussion of the findings can take place before the holidays (... without fail) and not in January! Bin im nächsten Quartal bei einem anderen Arzt gewesen, und siehe da... binnen zwei Wochen waren die monatelangen Beschwerden behoben. Ich würde den Arzt nicht weiterempfehlen. Lg I was not helped and I did not have the feeling that my complaints were taken seriously. I went to see another doctor in the next quarter, and lo and behold ... within two weeks the complaints that had lasted for months were resolved. I would not recommend the doctor. Lg
M	Margarete Rudolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Telefonat, binnen 2 Tagen Termin erhalten. In der Ordination 5 Minuten Wartezeit. Hr. Dr. Bauer selbst ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Er hat sich Zeit genommen und mir Tips gegeben bzw. alle meine Fragen mit mir besprochen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen. Very friendly phone call, appointment received within 2 days. Wait 5 minutes in the ordination. Mr. Dr. Bauer himself is very competent and friendly. He took his time and gave me tips and discussed all my questions with me. I would go back anytime.
