★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte anfragen, ob es in nächster Zeit einen freien Ordinationstermin gibt. Ich habe 5-mal angerufen und auch auf Band gesprochen, um einen Rückruf gebeten. Es kam keine Antwort. Daraufhin versuchte ich es per E-Mail. Das wurde auch ignoriert. Für mich eine vollkommen unverständliche Verhaltensweise, wenig kundenfreundlich. 3 Tage später hat sie sich jedoch freundlich am Telefon gemeldet, sodass ich meine Bewertung, die nur die Kommunikation betrifft, verbessern möchte.
I wanted to inquire whether there will be a free ordination appointment in the near future. I called 5 times and also spoke on the tape to request a call back. There was no answer. I then tried email. That was also ignored. For me a completely incomprehensible behavior, not very customer-friendly. 3 days later, however, she answered friendly on the phone, so I want to improve my rating, which only concerns communication.
