D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine tolle Augenärztin die einem sehr weiterhilft und gut berät. Auch die Ordinationsgehilfen sind alle hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einziger Abzug ist die Terminvergabe bzw. die Telefonische Terminvergabe. Bei dem Arzt "durchzukommen" ist der blanke Horror. Teilweise 20x angerufen damit ich eine Ordinationsgehilfin erreiche. Hier wäre noch "Luft nach oben" A great ophthalmologist who helps you a lot and gives you good advice. The ordination assistants are also all helpful and friendly. The only deduction is the appointment allocation or the telephone appointment allocation. "Getting through" with the doctor is sheer horror. Sometimes called 20 times so that I can reach an ordination assistant. There is still "room for improvement"

Frau Dr. Aigner legt jeden Tag eine lange Fahrtstrecke in unseren Bezirk zurück, ich hoffe sie bleibt uns Schärdingern trotz des weiten Weges bis zu ihrer Pensionierung erhalten.........Und an alle die jammern weil Sie Monate auf einen Termin warten, bitte zuerst einmal daran denken warum das so ist, wie lange muss man auf einen guten Handwerker warten?... Hat es jetzt geklickt warum hier, sozusagen der Neukunde warten muss??? Ein aufrichtiges Dankeschön jedenfalls an alle die dort für unseren Durchblick sorgen, von der Reinigungskraft über die Asistentinen bis zur Ärztin. Takes his time, is very precise and VERY friendly. In an acute case, you are immediately put in the queue. Miss Dr. Aigner covers a long journey every day in our district, I hope she stays with us Schärdingers despite the long way to their retirement ......... And to all of you who complain because you have been waiting months for an appointment, please First of all, think about why this is the case, how long do you have to wait for a good craftsman? ... M	Mr. Bas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zu der Augenärztin gefahren weil ich brennen in den Augen habe und zunehmend schlechter sehe. Am Schalter habe ich mein Problem geschildert. Die Dame hat mir gesagt ich soll zum Optiker fahren! ?Ich habe Ihr gesagt dass es sich eventuell um eine Krankheit des Auges handelt. Auf das ich eine Antwort bekommen habe „ Wir haben erst in einem Jahr einen Termin „ I went to the ophthalmologist because my eyes are burning and my vision is getting worse. I described my problem at the counter. The lady told me to go to the optician! ?I told her that it might be a disease of the eye. To which I received an answer "We won't have an appointment for a year"
J	J. O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Aigner ist total super und kompetent, aber die Dame am Empfang/Telefon ist sowas von unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt - das ist kaum auszuhalten! Egal wie freundlich man dieser Person gegenübertritt, sie will einem den Tag vermiesen! Habe das Gleiche auch erst letzte Woche von meiner Bekannten gehört.. Echt traurig! Mrs. Dr. Aigner is totally great and competent, but the lady at reception/telephone is so rude and in a bad mood - it's almost unbearable! No matter how friendly you are towards this person, they want to ruin your day! I heard the same thing from my friend last week. Really sad!
