Nach der Diagnose verschrieb er mir eine Creme, wurde aber nicht informiert wofür. The 2 stars are for the friendly welcome and for the quick appointment. The Mr. Doctor hardly took the time to examine me closely. After the diagnosis, he prescribed a cream for me, but was not told what it was for.

Keine Aufklärung, es wurde jeglich nach zwei Minuten eine Überweisung für eine Operation ausgestellt. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!! Rude doctor, takes no time. Zero instinct for children. No clearing up, a referral for surgery was issued every two minutes. Definitely not to be recommended !!!!

Wurde trotz starker Schmerzen und Überweisung vom Hausarzt nach hause geschickt -> ich hätte früher kommen müssen und 2-3 Stunden warten (war aber zuvor beim Hausarzt am warten) da jetzt nur mehr Personen mit Termin angenommen werden. Unfriendly at the front desk and phone. Was sent home by the family doctor despite severe pain and a referral -> I should have come earlier and waited 2-3 hours (but was waiting at the family doctor before) because now only people with an appointment are accepted.

Ich wurde als ein Hörbehindeter Mensch mit 70% dzb abgelehnt zwecks weil ich eine Maskenbefreiung wollte und mir unfreundlich gesagt wurde " ICH BEKOMME EINE NUR BEI EINER LUNGENKRANKHEIT" Es geht mir um meinen Job diesen ich nicht verlieren will ICH BIN MEINER VORGESETZTEN SEHR DANKBAR DENN SIE HAT SICH FÜR MICH SEHR EINGESETZT ÜBERALL GEHOLFEN!!! Very disappointed by the team and doctor This is NOT the right thing for a hearing impaired patient!!! I won't be going there again for sure!! I was rejected as a hearing impaired person with 70% dzb because I wanted a mask exemption and was told rudely "I ONLY GET ONE IF I HAVE LUNG DISEASE" It's about my job that I don't want to lose I AM VERY THANKFUL TO MY SUPERVISOR BECAUSE YOU WAS VERY COMMITTED TO ME HELPED EVERYWHERE!!!

Jetzt wieder sozusagen akut und ohne Voranmeldung sofort dran genommen und die Beschwerden beseitigt. Dr. Ritzinger und sein ganzes Team sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also ich kann die negativen Kritiken hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Was very nice and competent for the first time a few months ago. Now again, so to speak, acutely and immediately without prior notice and the complaints eliminated. Dr. Ritzinger and his whole team are very friendly and accommodating. So I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here.

Wartezeit ohne Termin war nicht lang. Dr. Ritzinger hat sich bei der Untersuchung genug Zeit genommen trotz der vielen Patienten. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. Dr Ritzinger and his team were extremely friendly and competent. Waiting time without an appointment wasn't long. dr Ritzinger took his time with the examination despite the large number of patients.
