Ich habe mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben Gefühlt. Bei vorheriger Terminvereinbarung musstet ich hier nie länger warten. Dr. Kleboth is a friendly, trustworthy doctor who takes the time to take a medical history and communicates his diagnosis in an understandable way. I felt very well looked after here. If I made an appointment in advance, I never had to wait here any longer.

Meine Kritik gilt in keiner Weise ihm als Arzt. Seit der Pandemie braucht man einen Termin, was ich durchaus verstehen kann. Allerdings sollte es Patienten mit akuten Beschwerden dennoch möglich sein, vorbeizukommen. Die neue Sekretärin ist jedoch sehr unfreundlich und ungut am Telefon, wenn man sich kurzfristig anmelden will. Ich würde auch lieber nicht zum Arzt müssen, ich gehe nicht aus Spaß dorthin. Wohin soll ich mich sonst wenden, wenn es mir nicht gut geht und ich außerdem auch eine Krankmeldung für die Arbeit brauche? Sie behandelt einen, als wäre man eine immense Belastung für sie. Es tut mir ja wirklich leid, dass ich meine Erkrankung nicht besser geplant habe (Achtung Sarkasmus). Dr. Kleboth hingegen war dann sehr freundlich und meinte, ich kann jederzeit wieder vorbeikommen, sollte ich noch etwas brauchen. Schade, dass die Anmeldung nicht das widerspiegelt, was er verkörpert. Dr. Kleboth is the best doctor I've had so far. Where else should I turn if I am not feeling well and I also need a sick note for work? She treats you like you're an immense burden on her. I'm really sorry that I didn't plan my illness better (beware of sarcasm). Dr. Kleboth, on the other hand, was very friendly and said I can come back at any time should I need anything else. It's a shame that the registration doesn't reflect what he embodies.
