I'm shocked and sad about it ... you will be handled like an assembly line ... just fast fast ... the child will not look right ... not to be recommended, no way!

Ordinationszeiten Do: 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00....gegen 15h30 kommt der Herr Doktor meiner Frau im Stiegenhaus entgegen und informiert über die geänderten Öffnungszeiten....das kranke Kind, es hustet immer noch, hat ihn nicht interessiert....ein lieber Herr Doktor! Wrong opening hours! The child is ill, coughs all night. The school was informed, we go to the pediatrician in Klagenfurt. Office hours Thu: 8: 00-12: 00, 14: 00-17: 00 .... At 15h30 the doctor of my wife comes to the stairwell and informs about the changed opening hours .... the sick child, it always coughs still, did not interest him .... a dear doctor!

Das gesamte Team sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Diagnose des Arztes immer korrekt. Er verschreibt auch nicht immer ein Antibiotika, wens nicht sein muß. Bin seeeeehr zufrieden. Für uns ein top Arzt. No other doctor comes into question for me and my 3 kids. And for over 8 years. No long waiting times, even without an appointment. The entire team was very friendly and competent. The doctor's diagnosis is always correct. He also doesn't always prescribe antibiotics, which need not be. I'm very happy. For us a top doctor.

Während der Ordinationszeiten kann man immer kurzfristig vorbei kommen wenn man vorher anruft wird mir immer gesagt wann der beste Zeitpunkt wäre. Sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Super Diagnostiker! Dr. Kitzler nimmt sich immer Zeit für die Untersuchung und steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung! DANKE für die grandiose Arbeit die Sie & Ihr Team täglich leisten! My daughter feels at Dr. Peter Kitzler and the entire ordination team are in good hands. During the ordination times you can always come by at short notice if you call me in advance, I will always be told when the best time would be. Very short waiting times. Super diagnostician! Dr. Kitzler always takes time for the examination and is always available for questions! THANK YOU for the great work you & your team are doing every day!

Arzt sehr genau. Konzentriert sich auf das wesentliche und verschreibt nicht unnötige Medikamente. Gibt Tipps zu Hausmittel. Beste Ordination der Stadt. Very good ordination. Always well organized despite the high frequency. Very short waiting time. Always trying to be able to keep a spontaneous appointment if necessary. Doctor very carefully. Focuses on the essentials and does not prescribe unnecessary medication. Gives tips on home remedies. Best ordination in town.
T	Torry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sind 2 Assistentinen, eine schwarzhaarige sehr nette Dame und immer Hilfsbereit. Die andere Dame ist sehr unhöflich und sehr schnell grantig wenn man etwas fragt, man wird teilweise auch angeschnauzt und Verständnis für Gewisse Situationen hat sie sowieso nicht. Es ist sehr schwer telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen da die meiste Zeit das Telefon auf dem Band läuft. Das geht schon seit Monaten so. Als ich die Assistentin darauf angesprochen habe, wurde ich vor den anderen Kunden blöd angeschnauzt und behauptet ich lüge und müsste mir wohl einen anderen Kinderarzt suchen. There are 2 assistants, a black-haired very nice lady and always helpful. The other lady is very rude and grumpy very quickly when you ask something, sometimes you get snapped at and she doesn't understand certain situations anyway. It is very difficult to reach someone by phone because most of the time the phone is on the tape. It has been going on for months. When I asked the assistant about it, I was snapped at stupidly in front of the other customers and claimed I was lying and would have to look for another pediatrician.
