C	C. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Angstpatientin und kam mit einer verschobenen Fraktur des Handgelenks direkt von der Piste zu Frau Dr. Shafe-Schimanek. Sie nahm sich sehr viel Zeit für mich und erklärte mir genau was nun alles mit meinem Handgelenk gemacht werden muss. Dabei war sie sehr einfühlsam und freundlich und nahm Rücksicht auf meine irrationale Panik. Im Anschluss daran richtete sie mein Handgelenk so absolut perfekt, dass es zurück in der Heimat nicht mehr operiert werden musste und konventionell mit Gips/Schiene vollständig abheilen konnte und keine bleibenden Schäden geblieben sind. Dafür bin ich Frau Dr. Shafe-Schimanek unendlich dankbar! Das Praxisteam ist ebenfalls super freundlich und ich habe mich trotz meiner Angst tatsächlich wohl gefühlt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist ihr sehr gutes Röntgengerät. Sämtliche Ärzte bei denen ich zurück in Deutschland in Behandlung war, egal ob Krankenhaus oder private Praxis, waren begeistert von den guten Röntgenaufnahmen. Die Abrechnung erfolgte problemlos über meine deutsche gesetzliche Krankenkasse und ich musste vor Ort nicht in Vorleistung treten. I am an anxiety patient and came straight from the piste to Ms. Dr. with a displaced fracture of my wrist. Shafe-Schimanek. She took a lot of time for me and explained to me exactly what has to be done with my wrist. She was very empathetic and friendly and took my irrational panic into account. Then she straightened my wrist so absolutely perfectly that it no longer had to be operated on back home and could heal completely with conventional plaster / splint and no permanent damage remained. That's why I'm Dr. Shafe-Schimanek infinitely grateful! The practice team is also super friendly and I actually felt comfortable despite my fear. Another plus point is their very good X-ray machine. All the doctors with whom I was treated back in Germany, whether in a hospital or private practice, were enthusiastic about the good x-rays. The billing took place via my German statutory health insurance without any problems and I did not have to pay in advance on site.

I got the impression they let me come on in order to bill me. When they actually can bill directly my insurance company in Germany instead. That's what the hospital did.

She gave me different information than the doctor and only after 5 minutes of arguing she would connect me to the doctor (the doctor did help me excellent on the phone).
