★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Snowboard-Unfall habe ich mich hier behandeln lassen. Es ist eine top ausgestattete Praxis, modern mit kompetenten Angestellten. Falls ich irgendwann wieder in Kaltenbach bin und die Hilfe eines Arztes brauchen würde, komme ich auf jeden Fall hierher. Danke an das gesamte Team für die Hilfe. Wünsche euch alles alles Gute!!!
After a snowboard accident, I got treatment here. It is a top equipped practice, modern with competent employees. If I am back in Kaltenbach someday and would need the help of a doctor, I will definitely come here. Thanks to the whole team for the help. I wish you all the best !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hätte vor drei Jahren einen unverschuldeten Autounfall und erlitt eine Querschnittslähmung und nicht genug bekam ich noch Syrings dazu. Ich habe bis jetzt Unmengen an starken Schmerzmitteln genommen ohne Erfolg. Ich sagte sogar zu einem Neurologen, lieber sterbe ich an Magen oder Darm versagen aber ich habe bis dato halbwegs gut gelebt.
Hier bekam ich von Dr. Christian Wimmer das erste Schmezpflaster die Schmerzen sind gelindert wie noch nie und keine Nebenwirkungen für Magen und Darm!
Meine Schulterprobleme durch die Mehrbelastung werden von Ihm jetzt noch mit Novalgin behandelt, wo jetzt schon halb so Schmerzen und wenn es nicht zufriedenstellend ist einspritzen.
Da muss ich erst nach Kaltenbach kommen, dass mir so gut und freundlich von der Annahme bis zu medizinischen Behandlung geholfen wird.

I had an accident without my fault three years ago and I was paraplegic and I wasn't given enough Syrings. I have taken tons of strong pain relievers so far without success. I even said to a neurologist that I'd rather die from stomach or intestine failure but I've lived reasonably well so far.
Here I got from Dr. Christian Wimmer the first plaster of pain the pain is relieved like never before and no side effects for the stomach and intestines!
My shoulder problems due to the extra workload are still being treated by him with Novalgin, where it is already half the pain and if it is not satisfactory to inject.
I first have to come to Kaltenbach to help me so well and kindly from acceptance to medical treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor kurzen auch leider die Praxis aufsuchen müssen (Skiunfall). Wurde vom gesamten Personal sehr zuvorkommend verartzt bzw. betreut. Möchte Hr. DR.Wimmer meinen besondern DANK aussprechen.
Toll wenn es solche Perfektionisten gibt.
PS: Kann das Posting von Tobey überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen......
I also had to go to the practice recently (skiing accident). Was courteously treated or looked after by the entire staff. Mr. DR.Wimmer express my special THANKS.
Great if there are such perfectionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wenig Kompetenz. Trotz Notfall relativ lange Wartezeit. Personal absolut unfähig, haben sogar noch gelacht. Sowas geht leider gar nicht.
Edit: zu der letzten Bewertung vom mvz fehlen mir die Worte.. Bei meinem Post handelt es sich nicht um ein Hass Posting! Es ist genau so wie in meinem Posting beschrieben. Zur Geschichte: ein Freund von mir hatte einen Skiunfall aus diesem Grund haben wir ihn schnell in das mvz gefahren, da es direkt ums Eck lag. Nachdem wir an der Information angetroffen sind und die Situation geschildert hatten und mein Freund in ein Behandlungszimmer kam haben die jungen Damen am Empfang tatsächlich über ihn gelacht (aus welchem Grund auch immer) er war ca. 30-45min im Behandlungszimmer bevor die Anamnese stattfand (unter Schmerzen, er hatte starke Prellungen und eine Gehirnerschütterung). Leider konnte vor Ort nicht geröntgt werden so musste er nach der Anamnese und Abtastung in das nächste KH abtransportiert werden. Dort lief alles einwandfrei. Mein Posting war rein auf die Professionalität des Personals bezogen. Wir waren hinsichtlich dieser leider mehr als enttäuscht gewesenen. Meine Bewertung spiegelt rein den Missmut den wir hatten.

Edit: to the last review of mvz I miss the words .. My post is not a hate posting! It's exactly as described in my post. The story: a friend of mine had a skiing accident that's why we drove him quickly into the mvz because it was right around the corner. After we found the information and described the situation and my friend came to a treatment room, the young ladies at the reception actually laughed at him (for whatever reason) he was in the treatment room for about 30-45 minutes before the medical history took place ( in pain, he had strong bruises and a concussion). Unfortunately it could not be X-rayed on site so he had to be transported after the anamnesis and sampling in the next KH. Everything went smoothly there. My posting was purely based on the professionalism of the staff. We were unfortunately more than disappointed about this. My rating reflects purely the displeasure we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wimmer ist einer der besten Ärzte die mich je behandelt haben. Er spricht die Sprache des Patienten und erklärt Sachlagen so, dass auch ein Medizinleihe sie verstehen kann, anstatt mit Fremdwörter um sich zu werfen. Er geht auf jeden einzelnen Patienten sehr genau ein. Auch das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Außerdem verliert dieses auch in Situationen in denen sehr viel los ist seinen Humor nicht. Was zumindest auf mich sehr beruhigend wirkt auch wenn es mir mal nicht gut geht.
Dr. Wimmer is one of the best doctors who have ever treated me. He speaks the patient's language and explains matters in such a way that even a medical lender can understand them instead of throwing foreign words around them. He responds very carefully to each individual patient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. In addition, this does not lose its humor even in situations where there is a lot going on. Which at least has a very calming effect on me even when I'm not feeling well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brauchte vor einer OP noch einen Termin beim Neurologen, hat sehr schnell geklappt. Praxis ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet, die Assistentinnen sind sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Dr. Sawires nimmt sich viel Zeit, untersucht gründlich und erklärt alles sehr genau.
If I needed an appointment with a neurologist before an operation, it worked very quickly. The practice is very bright and modern, the assistants are very friendly, you feel at home straight away. Dr. Sawires takes a lot of time, examines thoroughly and explains everything very precisely.
