J	Joyce Van Der Heijden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin voll zufrieden mit der Ordination. Der Arzt ist sehr kompetent und nimmt sich die Zeit für Fragen und erklärt alles sehr gut. Auch seine Assistentinnen waren bei mir sehr freundlich und höflich. Ich hatte um 11:30 Uhr meinen Termin, kam gleich in einen der Behandlungsräume und um 11:45 war der Arzt da. Davor hat seine Assistentin schon gewogen und alles abgemessen. War sehr angetan von der Ordination. Es ist halt alles nicht mehr so modern deswegen nur 4 Sterne aber solange das drum herum passt und die Versorgung vom Kind und Erklärungen an den Eltern passt ist es eine Top Ordination. I am fully satisfied with the ordination. The doctor is very competent and takes the time to answer questions and explains everything very well. His assistants were also very friendly and polite with me. I had my appointment at 11:30 a.m., went straight to one of the treatment rooms and at 11:45 a.m. the doctor was there. Before that, his assistant weighed and measured everything. Was very impressed with the ordination. It's just not that modern anymore, so only 4 stars, but as long as it fits and the care of the child and explanations to the parents, it is a top ordination.
S	Sandra Hettegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt schein kompetent zu sein, allerdings stimmt das Drumherum überhaupt nicht: - die Praxis befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses ohne Lift, somit ist ein barrierefreier Zugang mit dem Kinderwagen nicht möglich - der Warteraum sowie der Ordinationsraum sind ungepflegt, abgewohnt und schlecht belüftet. Dadurch riecht es in der gesamten Praxis unangenehm - die Geräte, mit denen der Arzt arbeitet, sind sehr alt, was die Zuverlässigkeit der Geräte in Frage stellt - die Wartezeit betrug trotz Termin fast 2 Stunden! Das ist unzumutbar, zumal es sich um einen Privatarzt handelt - die Assistentin ist unhöflich und schnippisch The doctor seems to be competent, but the circumference is not true at all: - The practice is on the first floor of a house without a lift, so barrier-free access with the stroller is not possible - The waiting room and the ordination room are neglected, shabby and poorly ventilated. S	SandraLucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Privatarzt hat das hier nichts zu tun.. Der Arzt macht eigentlich einen kompetenten Eindruck, jedoch ist die Praxis eine absolute Keimhochburg! Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und ungepflegt, die Luft ist stickig und die Spielsachen kaputt und verdreckt. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch, dass der Arzt sich nach einer Behandlung nicht einmal die Hände wäscht, geschweige denn desinfiziert. Hustet sich vor mir in die Hand und greift dann meinem Kleinen ins Gesicht. In den Behandlungszimmern sind nicht einmal Waschbecken vorhanden,wo man sich die Hände waschen könnte. Die Stühle sind löchrig und auch die Liegeflächen für die Kinder einfach nur unhygienisch! Auch dass ich jedesmal ewig warten musste, ist für einen Privatarzt ein no go.. Als ich beim letzten Termin 20 min. zu spät war (mit kleinem Kind manchmal einfach schwierig, wenn sie zwischendurch Hunger bekommen), haben sie mich mit meinem 12 Wochen altem Sohn 1,5 Stunden warten lassen.. Eine absolute Frechheit und für Kinder eine unzumutbare Tortur. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war unsympathisch und zeigte wenig Verständnis.. Für uns nie wieder! It was too late (sometimes difficult with a small child, if they get hungry in between), they let me wait for 1.5 hours with my 12 week old son. An absolute impudence and an unreasonable ordeal for children. The receptionist was unsympathetic and showed little understanding .. For us never again!

Viel Aufmerksamkeit, Liebe zu Kindern und Fürsorge. Die Verwaltung ist ideal, sie helfen immer und beantworten Fragen. Der Warteraum ist in gutem Zustand, immer belüftet. Mutter von Alex, die 2,5 Jahre alt ist. Alle 2 Jahre kümmern sich um mein Kind. Alle Impfungen werden stressfrei, sehr schnell und professionell durchgeführt. Die Assistenz also zumindest eine davon ist absolut nicht emphatisch und schnippis am Telefon! Wir haben den Kinderarzt gewechselt - da fährt man dann gerne woanders hin wo man auch die Antworten auf seine Fragen bekommt! Es gibt halt Mütter die hatten einen etwas längeren Weg Kinder zu bekommen und sind VL deswegen so verunsichert Das sollte man als Arzt dann schon verstehen Unfortunately, you are sometimes not taken seriously and laughed at here! Verstehe hier die schlechte Bewertungen gar nicht... Natürlich ist der Warteraum nicht so modern, aber es geht ja auch um die Behandlung, das der Arzt gut ist. Very good pediatrician. He has a clue and knows what he's talking about. He explains everything great and takes time for the child. I don't understand the bad reviews here ... Of course, the waiting room isn't that modern, but it's also about the treatment that the doctor is good.
E	Elma Beganović on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt is Top war da seit 2019 mit der Großen immer (nun wird sie 3) Seitdem ich die zwillinge habe 2021 bekomm ich nie einen Termin und werde zu andern geschickt. Musste innerhaln von 10 Tagen einen Arzt finden um die Mutterkindpasskontrolle einhalten zu können. Frechheit weg geschickt zu werden!!!! Es gibt auch was mit schnelle Terminabwicklung bzw. TERMINTAUSCH für die, die noch etwas zeit haben ie Kontrollen einzuhalten. ? hab mittlerweile einen anderen Kinderarzt wo sogar keine Wartezeiten sind. Hier musste ich oft bis zu 1h warten trotz termin.! The doctor is top has always been there with the big one since 2019 (now she is 3) Since I had the twins in 2021, I've never got an appointment and I've been sent to someone else. Had to find a doctor within 10 days in order to be able to comply with the maternal child passport control. Cheek to be sent away !!!!
