Aber bei Frau Dr. Stefan war ich und bin ich weiterhin in guten Händen. Eine super nettes Team und eine kompetente Beratung und außerdem schmerzfreie Behandlung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Nicht nur Frau Dr. Stefan sondern das ganze Team! Am besten ist es wenn ein Termin vereinbart dann kommt man auch zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt dran und muss nicht noch unnötig warten! Wirklich top! Really the best dentist I know !! You feel very well advised and in good hands! Super friendly! Not only Dr. Stefan but the whole team! It is best if you make an appointment then you can get to it at the agreed time and do not have to wait unnecessarily! Really great!

A	Anna Karina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem meine E-Card nicht funktionierte, wurde ich von einer äußerst unhöflichen Assistentin aufgefordert bei der Krankenkasse anzurufen, was ich nicht konnte da ich kein Telefon dabei hatte. Auf meine Bitte, ob sie eventuell für mich anrufen könnte oder ich selbst vom Praxistelefon, sagte sie - ich müsse meine Angelegenheiten selber erledigen, und sie würde das keinesfalls tun. Ich müsse eben privat zahlen und dann die Rechnung bei der Kasse einreichen. Insgesamt habe ich eine 3/4 Stunde mit starken Schmerzen in dieser Praxis verbracht. Dafür, dass ich dann wieder gehen musste. Daheim führte ich ein kurzes Telefonat mit der Krankenkasse und die E-Card funktionierte wieder. Danke - aber nein danke. After my e-card didn't work, I was asked by an extremely rude assistant to call the health insurance company, which I couldn't because I didn't have a phone with me. When I asked if she could possibly call for me or if I could call myself from the practice phone, she said - I had to take care of my own business, and she definitely wouldn't do that. I just have to pay privately and then submit the bill to the cash register. In total, I spent 3/4 of an hour in this practice with severe pain. For having to leave again. At home I made a short phone call to the health insurance company and the e-card worked again. No thank you.

Wer pünktlich zu seinem Termin kommt, kann sich das Setzen praktisch sparen :D Die Assistentinnen sind vom ersten Moment (als Erstpatient am Telefon) an super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Frau Doktor nimmt sich Zeit, beruhigt (ich WAR Angstpatient, nun bin ich Fan :) , erklärt sehr umfassend und verständlich, macht ein zwei Witze und schon ist alles vorbei. Komplett schmerzfrei ! <3 Man fühlt sich Alles in Allem mega gut aufgehoben bei diesem Team, kann ich nur empfehlen. Best dentist ever! If you get to your appointment on time, you can practically save yourself sitting down: D The assistants are super nice, friendly and helpful from the first moment (as the first patient on the phone); the doctor takes her time, calms down (I WAS an anxious patient, now I'm a fan :), explains very comprehensively and understandably, makes two jokes and it's all over. Completely painless! <3 All in all, you feel in good hands with this team, I can only recommend it.
