Er nimmt sich jedesmal ausreichend Zeit für Beratung und ich habe auch nicht das Gefühl, dass mir unnötige Behandlungen "aufgeschwatzt" werden. Die Terminvergabe erfolgt jedes Mal rasch und reibungslos und auch die Mitarbeiterinnen der Ordination sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Betreuung, wie man es sich wünscht. I have been treated by DDr Heinrich for several years now and I am very satisfied. He always takes enough time for advice and I don't have the feeling that unnecessary treatments are being "blabbed on". The appointments are made quickly and smoothly every time and the staff at the surgery are very friendly and competent. Care the way you want it.

Er ist sympathisch, einfühlsam und ehrlich und versucht nie seine Patienten "abzuzocken", d.h. irgendetwas zu empfehlen was nicht wirklich notwendig ist. Leider habe ich schon viel Erfahrungen mit Zahnärzten sammeln dürfen, aber auf ihn konnte ich mit die letzten 8 Jahre immer verlassen. Auch versucht er immer einen Zahn zu retten, denn für ihn ist es besonders wichtig, dass der Patient seine eigenen Zähne behält. GDR. Heinrich is really a great dentist. He is personable, empathetic and honest and never tries to "rip off" his patients, i.e. to recommend anything that is not really necessary. Unfortunately I have already gained a lot of experience with dentists, but I have always been able to rely on him for the last 8 years. He also always tries to save a tooth, because it is particularly important for him that the patient keeps his own teeth.
