R	Rs 5o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt einen Termin erst in 4 wochen und dann kommt noch eine Wartezeit von 2Stunden mit einen Termin. Inzwischen kommen Patienten ohne Termin lassen sich behandeln und gehen wieder. Ich finde es lächerlich das die Ärztin nach 2 stündiger wartezeit uns schreiend klar machen will das sie eigentlich schon Dienstschluss hätte und nur wegen uns überstunden macht- öffnungszeit bis 16:00 Uhr und unser Termin war um 15.30 ?!!! Unfreundlich, unorganisiert und unverschähmt... You only get an appointment in 4 weeks and then there is a waiting time of 2 hours with an appointment. In the meantime, patients come without an appointment, are treated and leave again. I find it ridiculous that after 2 hours of waiting the doctor wants to make us screaming that she should be on duty and only works overtime because of us - opening time until 4:00 p.m. and our appointment was at 3:30 p.m. !!! Rude, disorganized and insolent ...

Die Ärztin hat sich Zeit genommen, erstellt eine profunde Diagnose und erklärt die weitere Behandlung. Habe mich während des Arzt Gespräch's sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wartezimmer Management auch sehr nett und wirkt kompetent. This practice is an absolute recommendation, that no time was taken for cash patients, here was not the case. The doctor has taken the time to make a profound diagnosis and explain the further treatment. I felt very comfortable during the doctor's conversation. The waiting room management was also very nice and competent.
G	Gül Turan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Merkle ist definitv eine kompetente und freundliche Ärztin jedoch kann ich diese Praxis überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die andere Ärztin, die auch dort behandelt ist weder nett noch wirkt sie kompetent. Auch wenn ich beim Termin explizit nach Fr. Dr. Merkle nachfragte saß ich wieder bei der anderen Dame. Im Frühling habe ich tagelang versucht anzurufen ohne das mir jemand abgehoben hat. Als ich dann im Lockdown hin bin weil ich dringend meine Medikamente gebraucht habe, hat die unfreundliche Empfangsdame mich über die Lautsprecheranlage abgewimmelt. Ich habe solange geläutet bis sie mir endlich zugehört hat und ich eigentlich nur ein Rezept wollte. Jetzt habe ich wieder mehrmals versucht durchzukommen aber den Stress tue ich mir nicht mehr an. Ich habe eine Ärztin mit sehr guten Rezensionen und der Möglichkeit der Online Terminvereinbarung gefunden und werde diese Praxis nicht mehr aufsuchen. Dr. Merkle is definitely a competent and friendly doctor, but I cannot recommend this practice at all. The other doctor, who also treats there, is neither nice nor does she seem competent. Even if I explicitly ask for Ms. Dr. Merkle asked, I sat again with the other lady. In the spring I tried to call for days without someone picking up me. When I was in lockdown because I urgently needed my medication, the unfriendly receptionist got me off the speaker system. I rang the bell until she finally listened to me and I really just wanted a recipe. Now I've tried several times to get through but I don't do the stress anymore. I have found a doctor with very good reviews and the option of making appointments online and I will no longer visit this practice.

Da nützt es wenig, dass die Ärztin freundlich und kompetent wirkte. (Juli2021) Examination (lung function test) with coughing patients in the anteroom (!) - in the middle of the pandemic. Waiting time despite the appointment. Extremely unfriendly assistant. It is of little use that the doctor appeared friendly and competent. (July2021)

Ihre Sprechstundenhilfe Barbara ist jedoch sehr unfreundlich und ungeduldig. Gerne komme ich wieder, aber hoffe, dass die Terminvereinbarung und Abwicklung vor Ort einfacher und freundlicher abläuft. For Dr Monika Merkle, one of the best doctors I have ever been to is probably one of the best. However, your office assistant, Barbara, is very rude and impatient. I would be happy to come back, but I hope that making an appointment and processing on site will be easier and more friendly.

Frau Dr. Merkle nimmt sich Zeit, ist sehr genau, erklärt Asthma-Sprays beantwortet geduldig, ausführlich und kompetent alle auftretenden Fragen. Habe wedermit Fr. Barbara noch mit anderen Personen je ein Problem gehabt. Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Danke und weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles Gute. Miss Dr. Merkle takes her time, is very precise, and explains asthma sprays patiently, comprehensively and competently to all questions that arise. M	Mike Latek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduling an appointment does indeed require a month's notice. The wait at the office itself is a bit long, however, Dr. Merkel took a lot of time to do a proper diagnosis, and that's worth the wait. Highly recommended.
