Leider sitzt am Empfang eine Dame, die wahrscheinlich der unfreundlichste Mensch ist, den ich jemals getroffen habe... und ich arbeite im Baugewerbe. Es ist vollkommen egal weswegen meine Familie und ich in den letzten Jahren in der Praxis waren, weswegen wir angerufen haben oder welche Frage wir gestellt haben, wir wurden jedes Mal grundlos angeschnauzt, teilweise auf ziemlich unverschämte Art. Eine vernünftige Antwort zu bekommen war jedes Mal ausgeschlossen. Das ist wirklich schade, da wir Dr. Colescu sehr schätzen und gerne Patienten bleiben würden, aber diese Person am Empfang ist einfach unerträglich.
