Dr. Neumayer ist ein super Arzt egal ob Kind oder Erwachsen er nimmt sich Zeit und macht seine Arbeit wirklich ganz genau und vor allem fühlt man sich dort in dieser Ordination richtig wohl, nur zum weiter empfehlen!! Die Assistentinnen waren so nett und haben sich meine Sorgen schon am Telefon angehört (die sich ja dann auch bestätigten). Die Ordination ist außerdem sehr modern eingerichtet und die Wartezimmer haben auch für die Kleinen Patienten was zum Spielen bereit. Das man auf einen Termin lange wartet ist OK, aber gar keinen zu erhalten und nicht Mal die Aussicht auf einen Termin ist schon traurig. Wir sind bis September ausgebucht und die Warteliste wird nicht kontaktiert, war die Aussage der unfreundlichen Dame. Ich soll mir für meine Kinder einen anderen Augenarzt suche. Sehr freundlich. Spitze.... Rude narrow minded receptionist with absolutely no sensitivity. You are immediately stalled with no prospect of an appointment. Waiting a long time for an appointment is OK, but not getting one at all and not even the prospect of an appointment is sad. We are fully booked until September and the waiting list will not be contacted, was the statement of the unfriendly lady. I should look for another ophthalmologist for my children. Very friendly.
