L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekam am selben Tag noch einen Termin und musste maximal 5 Minuten im Warteraum verbringen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war relativ nett und Hr. Dr. Gajsek war sehr kompetent und höflich. Sehr empfehlenswert! On the same day got an appointment and had to spend a maximum of 5 minutes in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk was relatively nice and Mr. Dr. Gajsek was very competent and polite. Highly recommended!
C	Cardia ' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eltern haben mir diese Praxis nicht Empfohlen - wollte mich selber überzeugen. Arzt wirkt sehr nett, jedoch die Sprechstunde ist ein Wahnsinn. Sehr unfreundlich, selbst im Akutfall verlangt sie eine Terminvereinbarung die erst 1 Woche später möglich wäre. War mit höllischen Schmerzen, Hörverlust und Fieber dort, und alles was kam "heute geht nicht" - nie wieder! Ich wünsche niemanden was schlechtes, aber wenn diese Dame mal so behandelt wird, wird sie vielleicht netter denken! Parents did not recommend this practice to me - wanted to convince myself. Doctor looks very nice, but the consultation is crazy. Very unfriendly, even in acute cases, they require an appointment that would be possible only 1 week later. Was there with hellish pain, hearing loss and fever there, and all that came "today will not work" - never again! I do not want anyone bad, but if this lady is treated like that, maybe she will think nicer!

Die Dame am Telefon ist arrogant und unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Termin erst in 3 Wochen, obwohl ich sagte, dass ich Schmerzen im Ohr habe. Interessiert dort niemanden, hat einfach aufgelegt. Werde sicher nie mehr dort hingehen. Würde dem Arzt empfehlen seine Vorzimmerdame zu tauschen, sonst hat er bald keine Patienten mehr. When you call, you just hang up. The call was only accepted after the 5 call. The lady on the phone is arrogant and unfriendly until the no longer works. Appointment only in 3 weeks, although I said that I have ear pain. If nobody is interested there, just hung up. I will definitely never go there again. Would recommend the doctor to change his antechamber, otherwise he will soon run out of patients.

Dr. Gajsek ist ein sehr kompetenter und netter ruhiger Arzt, aber die beiden Vorzimmer Damen sind sehr unhöflich, arrogant und anmaßend, einfach unterste Schublade Mr. dr Gajsek is a very competent and cute quiet doctor, but the two front rooms women are very rude, arrogant and presumptuous, simply lowest drawer

Ich war bis zum ende höflich aber die beiden haben mich behandelt als würde ich mir da etwas erlauben zu ihnen zu kommen und kein bisschen Höflichkeit zurück gegeben. (PS: Den Hörtest musste ich 2x machen, die selbe Dame hat die Töne im Sekundentakt eingeschalten, da hatte ich kaum Zeit zu reagieren) The doctor was really super super nice! But the two ladies at the front desk were just the bottom drawer. I was polite until the end, but the two of them treated me as if I would allow myself to come to them and not give a bit of politeness in return. (PS: I had to do the hearing test twice, the same lady switched on the tones every second, so I hardly had time to react)

Die Wartezeit für einen Termin ist sehr kurz und ich bin jedesmal überrascht, wie gut die Termine von den Ordinationshilfen koordiniert werden , sodass ich kaum länger als 15 Minuten im Wartezimmer sitze bevor ich aufgerufen werde. Ich plaudere gerne mit den beiden Damen und fühle mich gut aufgehoben. dr Gajsek is a very competent doctor, who I am happy to recommend to my friends with a clear conscience. The waiting time for an appointment is very short and I am always surprised how well the appointments are coordinated by the ordination assistants, so that I hardly sit in the waiting room longer than 15 minutes before I am called. I like to chat with the two ladies and feel that I am in good hands.
