J	Jascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz zahlreicher Patienten ist für Akutfälle genug Spielraum, allerdings mit 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit. Mit vorher vereinbartem Termin ist die Wartezeit mit 10min überraschend kurz. Bei meinem ersten Besuch (ohne Termin) war ich angenehm überrascht, dass Herr Dr. Posawetz es trotz überfülltem Wartezimmer schafft, so gut auf einen einzugehen und einen nicht einfach nur anzufertigen. Hier ist man keine bloße Nummer. Despite numerous patients there is enough room for acute cases, but with 1.5 hours waiting time. With a previously agreed appointment, the waiting time of 10 minutes is surprisingly short. On my first visit (without appointment) I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Posawetz, despite overcrowded waiting room manages to respond so well to one and not just to make one. Wirklich Patientenfreundliche Idee, das "Notfall"Patienten ohne Termin, eine Viertelstunde vor den eigentlichen Öffnungszeiten kommen können. Abgesehen von der kompetenten fachlichen Betreuung ist es mir ein Anliegen zu betonen, dass die Damen in der Aufnahme außerordentlich gut organisiert sind, und wir - so wir einen Termin haben - nie lange Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen müssen. Kompliment an das gesamte Team! We have been patients with Dr. Posawetz. Apart from the competent professional support, it is important to me to emphasize that the ladies in the reception area are extremely well organized and that we - if we have an appointment - never have to accept long waiting times. Compliments to the whole team!

Ich musste über 3 h warten für eine Behandlungsdauer von 1 min.! Bei Dr. Posawetz kommt man ohne Termin viel rascher dran. Man muss nur ca 30 min vor Ordinationszeit vor der Türe warten. Ich bekomme immer nahe Termine und bin mit der Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn irgendein Problem war konnte man das gut mit den zwei Frauen klären die immer hilfsbereit sind. Auch wenn ich ohne Termin komme nimmt er sich Zeit (bei vollem Wartezimmer) um mich zu behandeln. Zwar muss ich da länger warten aber das ist mir auf jeden Fall wert. I have been with Dr. Posawetz patient and I can never say bad things to him. I always get close appointments and am very satisfied with the treatment. Even if there was any problem you could clarify it well with the two women who are always helpful. Even if I come without an appointment, he takes time (when the waiting room is full) to treat me. I have to wait longer, but it's definitely worth it to me.

Außerdem waren die Sekretärin, als auch der Arzt sehr professionell und zuvorkommend, daher bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden und bedanke mich herzlich auf diesem Weg.
