Behandlung war ausgezeichnet, er hat mir alles ganz genau erklärt und gezeigt warum mir die Schulter weh tut (Schiunfall). Wenn ich nicht so weit weg wohnen würde, wäre er zu 100% mein neuer Hausarzt. 10 von 10 Punkten . Rarely such a nice & helpful doctor like Dr. Kröll met. Treatment was excellent, he explained everything exactly and showed me why my shoulder hurts (ski accident). If I did not live so far away, he would be 100% my new family doctor. 10 out of 10 points.
D	Diana Saller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir fehlen die Worte.......Mein Kind 2,5 jahre hat über nacht sehr hohes Fieber bekommen also rief ich bei Dr.kröll an da sagte man mir ich soll zu meinem Hausartzt geh'n da ich keine Patientin bin......mein Hausarzt hat Vormittag geschlossen. Dann sagte die Assistentin Sie ruft gleich zurück also ich darf mit meinem kind vorbei kommen aber wir müssen einen Corona Test machen was kein Problem für uns ist, mein Sohn hat geweint und hatte angst nach dem Sie ihm 3 mal in die Nase gefahren ist mit dem Stäbchen.Sie sagte wenn er sich nicht testen lässt dann kann Sie uns nicht rein lassen und behandeln wir sollen es doch beim Hausarzt probieren!!! Also wurden wir weg geschickt mit hohen Fieber und das von einem Artzt.... I'm at a loss for words.......My child, who is 2.5 years old, got a very high fever overnight, so I called Dr. Kröll and they said I should go to my family doctor because I'm not a patient. .....my family doctor is closed in the morning. Then the assistant said she would call back right away, so I can come over with my child, but we have to do a corona test, which is not a problem for us, my son cried and was scared after she poked him in the nose 3 times Sticks. She said if he doesn't let himself be tested then she can't let us in and treat us, we should try the family doctor!!! So we were sent away with a high fever and that from a doctor....

So wünsche ich mir mehr Ärzte: freundlich, dem Patienten zugewandt, sehr gute Erklärungen. Kaum Wartezeit, nettes Team. Danke für die gute Betreuung!! I injured myself while on vacation and was treated at the practice by Dr. Kröll treated and advised very well. And his diagnosis was confirmed by the MRI. So I would like to see more doctors: friendly, focused on the patient, very good explanations. Hardly any waiting time, nice team. Thank you for the good care!

Bin schon seit einigen Jahren hier Patient und kann negative Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Friendly and competent doctor. Takes time for his patients. Everyone else in the practice is always polite and courteous. I've been a patient here for a few years and don't understand the negative reviews.
