Die Angestellten sind nett, immer gut drauf, arbeiten fleißig und gut. Die gesamte Abwicklung ist unkompliziert und geht schnell vor sich. Auch fachlich kann ich nichts aussetzen: Volltreffer bei der Diagnose, fixe Einleitung weiterer Untersuchungen bei Spezialisten und optimale Behandlung. Die Beratung ist von vorne bis hinten super; man wird miteinbezogen und es wird alles ausführlich erklärt. Wenn ein medizinisches Problem auftaucht, dann ist Dr. Fuchs die erste Anlaufstelle! Dr. Fox is human just great! Sensitive, tirelessly encouraging and captivating. The staff are nice, always in a good mood, working diligently and well. The entire process is straightforward and fast. Also technically I can not expose anything: direct hit with the diagnosis, fixed initiation of further investigations with specialists and optimal treatment. The advice is great from beginning to end; One is involved and everything is explained in detail. If a medical problem arises, then Dr. Fuchs the first point of contact!
J	Julia Kirst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich die ganzen positiven Rezessionen hier nicht teilen. Ich bin nicht bis zu Dr. Fuchs durchgekommen. Die unfreundliche und wenig emphatische Schwester am Empfang wies mich mit der Begründung ab „ich müsse erst einen Corona Test machen, welcher aber nicht in der Praxis möglich sei“ und nannte mir irgendeine Kurzwahl um mich für solch einen Test anzumelden. Laut Schwester könne ich mich danach gern für eine Terminvereinbarung melden…auf meine Nachfrage und meinen deutlichen Hinweis auf kaum auszuhaltende Schmerzen wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich wurde weggeschickt. Unfassbar für meine Begriffe da mein PCR Test nachweislich erst 96 Stunden zurücklag… Zum Glück gibt es nicht weit eine andere sehr freundliche und außerordentlich hilfsbereite Praxis von Frau Dr. Gasser-Puck Pfarrfeld 5 in Brixen. Gleich neben der Feuerwehr…Klein und Fein???? Unfortunately, I can't share all the positive reviews here. I'm not up to Dr. Fox got through. The unfriendly and less emphatic nurse at the reception turned me away with the reason "I first have to do a corona test, which is not possible in practice" and gave me some short code to register for such a test. According to the nurse, I would be happy to contact you afterwards to make an appointment... My inquiry and my clear indication that the pain was unbearable was not answered. I was sent away. Unbelievable for my terms because my PCR test was demonstrably only 96 hours ago... Luckily there is another very friendly and extremely helpful practice of Dr. Gasser-Puck at Pfarrfeld 5 in Brixen. Right next to the fire brigade... small and fine ????
