Nimmt sich Zeit, ist kompetent und einfach a supenette Ärztin Never gives dear Dr. Rauter, at least no longer on duty. That’s why Dr. Langer there, the best, most understanding doctor ever! Takes her time, is competent and just a great doctor
A	Annemarie Marold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ • Wartezeiten sehr lange: Wenn man Vollzeit berufstätig ist, keine gute Option. • Erbetene Rückrufe werden nicht eingehalten: Ich stand auf der Telefonliste angeblich ganz oben, musste am darauffolgenden Tag aber nochmal anrufen, weil sie darauf vergessen haben. • Telefonische Auskunft eingeschränkt: Telefonische Erreichbarkeit scheinbar nur mehr zwischen 10-12 Uhr, ansonsten redet man mit dem AB. • Befundanforderung nicht möglich: Auf die Bitte hin, ob sie den Befund vom KH (nach 1 Monat!) endlich anfordern könnten, wird man gebeten, das selbst zu tun... Das Highlight: Nach der Bitte um Überweisung fürs Labor (für diverse kleinere Tests) wird man angemault und telefonisch abgewürgt! Ich konnte nicht mal mehr mein 2.Anliegen vorbringen, weil einfach aufgelegt wurde. - Äußerst unprofessionell, eigentlich eine Frechheit! Mein Fazit: Offenbar völlig überfordert. Schlechte Beratung. Man wird nur von A nach B geschickt und mit Medis vollgestopft, anstatt nach Alternativen zu suchen. - Wir suchen auf jeden Fall einen anderen Hausarzt. :-( • Very long waiting times: Not a good option if you work full time. • Requested callbacks are not honored: I was supposedly at the top of the phone list, but had to call again the next day because they forgot to do so. • Telephone information limited: Apparently you can only be reached by telephone between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, otherwise you talk to the AB. • Request for findings not possible: When asked whether you can finally request the findings from the hospital (after 1 month!), You are asked to do so yourself ... The highlight: After asking for a transfer for the laboratory (for various smaller tests), you get yelled at and stalled over the phone! I couldn't even raise my 2nd request because they just hung up. - Extremely unprofessional, actually a cheek! My conclusion: Apparently completely overwhelmed. Bad advice. You're just being sent from A to B and stuffed full of Medis instead of looking for alternatives. - We're definitely looking for another family doctor. :-(
