Das es vlt zu Wartezeiten kommt ist doch normal, ist ja keine Fließbandarbeit sondern bei Dr. Masri ist der Mensch noch ein Mensch und keine Nummer! Top! A doctor who really takes the time to listen and you are just in good hands with her! The vlt it comes to waiting is still normal, is not a production line work but with Dr. med. Masri is man still a human and not a number! Top!
J	Julia Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Masri nimmt sich ausführlich Zeit für jeden Patienten, man wird nicht gleich abgetan und mit einem Antibiotikum Nachhause geschickt! Man muss dadurch natürlich etwas warten aber das finde ich gerechtfertigt, denn jeder will umfassend untersucht und beraten werden. Tolle Allgemeinmedizinerin. Dr. Masri takes extensive time for every patient, you are not immediately dismissed and sent home with an antibiotic! You have to wait a bit, of course, but I find that justified, because everyone wants to be thoroughly examined and advised. Great general practitioner.
S	Silvya Holzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärztin selbst ist ok aber das ich jedes Mal wenn ich was brauche 4 Tage hintereinander 10 mal oder öfters anrufen muss bis jemand abhebt ist eine Frechheit. Man ist dadurch jedes Mal gezwungen in die Ordination zu fahren und wenn man nur einen Termin ausmachen will. Bin schon einige Jahre Patientin aber seit Corona ist es echt nicht mehr normal. Bin jetzt auch soweit das ich den Arzt wechseln werde was zwar schade ist aber ich hab keinen Nerv mehr tagelang anzurufen um jemanden zu erreichen The doctor herself is ok, but that every time I need something I have to call 10 times or more 4 days in a row until someone answers is a cheek. This means that you are forced to go to the ordination every time and if you just want to make an appointment. I have been a patient for a few years, but since Corona it is really no longer normal. I'm now ready to change the doctor, which is a shame but I don't have a nerve to call for days to reach someone

Unhöfliches Personal, trotz Urlaubsvertretung, konnte das Personal aus blödsinnigen Gründen, mir keine Krankenbestätigung ausstellen. Also ich weis, warum das nicht mein Hausarzt ist. Obwohl ich zufuß 5min von ihr wohne, spatziere ich lieber 30min zu meinem Hausarzt. Da ich keine Null Sterne vergeben kann, gebe ich diesen einen Stern, den sie auch nicht verdient haben! Unfortunately I had to see Ms. Al Masri because of my family doctor's vacation. Rude staff, despite being on vacation, the staff could not issue me with a sick note for stupid reasons. So I know why this is not my family doctor. Although I live 5 minutes on foot from her, I prefer to walk to my doctor for 30 minutes. Since I cannot give zero stars, I give this one star that you don't deserve either!

Wenn man nach dem 10 mal anrufen endlich mal Glück hat und jemand abhebt um dann von dem unfreundlichen Personal gesagt zu bekommen man solle extra 30 Minuten zu fuss vorbei kommen wegen eines lächerlichen Rezeptes obwohl man einem Bescheid vom Hautarzt vorlegen kann dann weiss ich auch nicht mehr. War seit zwei Jahren bei dieser Ärztin und hatte mich genau einmal krank gemeldet weil ich einen hexenschuss hatte und nicht vom Bett aufstehen konnte, hatte dann dort wegen einer Krankmeldung angerufen für 2 Tage und wurde daraufhin sehr barsch angesprochen dass ich vorbei kommen solle weil man mir das sonst nicht glaubte. Musste dann ewig mit der unfreundlichen Dame diskutieren da ich weder ein Auto hatte, mich bewegen konnte oder sonst was. Diese Ordination ist einfach eine Frechheit. I decided today that I will now finally change my family doctor. If, after calling 10 times, you finally get lucky and someone picks up and then the unfriendly staff tells you to walk an extra 30 minutes because of a ridiculous prescription, even though you can show a decision from the dermatologist, then I don’t know anymore . I had been with this doctor for two years and called in sick exactly once because I had lumbago and could not get out of bed, then called there for 2 days because I was sick and was then very harshly asked that I should come by because I was being treated who otherwise did not believe. Then I had to keep arguing with the unfriendly lady because I didn't have a car, couldn't move or anything else. This ordination is just a cheek.
H	Helga A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eines vorweg: die Ärztin ist sehr nett, freundlich und weiß genau, wie sie einem helfen kann. Allerdings sollte sie ihre Empfangsdame überdenken. Ich habe zuvor schon von mehreren (!) voneinander unabhängigen Personen gehört, dass diese sehr arrogant & unhöflich ist und einem das Gefühl gibt, dass man nur stört. Und genau diese Erfahrung hab ich nun auch machen dürfen. Wirklich ganz unglaublich! Auch wenn mir in Zukunft das Bein halb abfaulen sollte, gehe ich dorthin sicher nie wieder in meinem Leben. First of all: the doctor is very nice, friendly and knows exactly how to help you. However, she should reconsider her receptionist. I have already heard from several (!) Independent people that she is very arrogant & rude and gives you the feeling that you are only bothering you. And this is exactly what I have now been able to experience. Really unbelievable! Even if my leg should half rot in the future, I will certainly never go there again in my life.
