Hab mich sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben gefühlt ? Super friendly, empathetic doctor, who is extremely careful with the little ones, takes her time and explains everything very clearly! I felt very well advised and looked after ?
C	Christine Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich gleich wohl (auch beim ersten Kontakt via Telefon zur Terminvereinbarung war ich schon begeistert). Fr. Dr. Heindl ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin die sich in Ruhe Zeit nimmt und sehr behutsam umgeht. Man fühlt nicht nur dass der Nachwuchs gut aufgehoben ist, man fühlt sich selbst auch gut aufgehoben und betreut. Ich bin froh, dass ich mich für diese Kinderarztpraxis entschieden habe!! The lady at the reception is very nice and you feel at home straight away (even when I first contacted me by phone to make an appointment, I was thrilled). Dr. Heindl is a very competent doctor who takes her time and is very careful. You not only feel that the offspring are in good hands, you also feel that you are in good hands and looked after. I am happy that I chose this pediatric practice !!
M	Madeleine Maurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie können sich sicherlich erinnern, als wir vor nicht allzu langer Zeit an einem Freitag zu Ihnen Notfallmäßig kamen und Sie es für wichtiger hielten die Besprechung mit Ihren Damen fortzuführen als meine kranke Tochter ( die Durchfall hatte und dauernd sich übergeben hat und Kreide bleich war) kurz zu behandeln... Sie schickte uns 1Std. SPAZIEREN, suchte darauf hin eine andere Ärztin auf, die uns sofort ins kh schickte und mussten sogar stationär bleiben!!!! Ich verstehe es, dass sie offiziell nicht geöffnet hatte, aber sie dennoch da war und ich verzweifelt nicht wusste wohin mit meinem Kind! Sie sollte Ihren Satz im Internet nochmal dringends überdenken " Kinder halten uns von nichts besseren ab, sie sind das wichtigste" wohl eher fehl am Platz! Ich Wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und dass Ihnen so ein "Fehler!" Nicht nochmal passiert! Ich werde jedenfalls nicht wieder kommen! You can certainly remember when we came to you in an emergency not so long ago on a Friday and you thought it was more important to continue the meeting with your ladies than my sick daughter (who had diarrhea and kept vomiting and chalk was pale) briefly to deal with ... They sent us 1hr. WALK, went to another doctor who immediately sent us to the kh and even had to stay inpatient !!!! I understand that it wasn't officially open, but it was still there and I desperately didn't know what to do with my child! You should urgently rethink your sentence on the Internet "Children don't keep us from anything better, they are the most important thing", probably out of place! I wish you all the best and that you have such a "mistake!" Not happen again! In any case, I will not come back!

Holt die Kinder dort ab, wo sie gerade stehen und gibt Ihnen das Gefühl gehört und ernst genommen zu werden. Frau Dr. Heindl ist sehr aufmerksam und verständnisvoll und vermittelt mir als Mutter, dass es keine falschen Fragen bzw. Ängste gibt und hat somit mein vollstes Vertrauen. Ihr liebevoller Umgang spiegelt sich in Ihrer wunderschönen Praxis wider. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Wir können die Kinderpraxis Steyr von Dr. Susanne Heindl mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen!! Miss Dr. Heindl is a pediatrician by calling with a lot of heart. She talks to the children, not about them. Picks up the children from where they are and gives them the feeling of being heard and taken seriously. Miss Dr. Heindl is very attentive and understanding and tells me as a mother that there are no wrong questions or fears and therefore has my fullest confidence. Your loving approach is reflected in your wonderful practice. You feel good from the first moment. We can take over the Steyr children's practice from Dr. Recommend Susanne Heindl with a clear conscience !!
A	Anna Heimel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab mich extrem gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Musste einen Herzultraschall machen und war äußerst nervös. Dr. Heindl hat das wohl gemerkt und hat mich laufend während der Untersuchung beruhigt und mir auch erklärt, dass wenn sie nichts sagt, das nicht bedeutet etwas passt nicht sondern, dass sie sich einfach konzentrieren muss. Ich war so erleichtert weil ich genau die Angst hatte ? ich wohne selbst in Wien (komme ursprünglich aus Steyr und Familie wohnt noch hier) und überlege zumindest zu den geplanten Terminen immer nach Steyr zu fahren weil es so toll hier war! Auch mein kleiner drei Monate alter Sohn hat sich wohl gefühlt und hat nicht einmal geweint! Auch die Assistenz war extrem freundlich und hat für mich flexibel einen passenden Termin gefunden und kann super mit den Kindern. Würde mehr Sterne geben wenn ich könnte! I felt extremely well taken care of. Had to do a cardiac ultrasound and was extremely nervous. Dr. Heindl noticed this and calmed me down continuously during the examination and also explained to me that if she doesn't say anything, that doesn't mean something doesn't fit, but that she just has to concentrate. I was so relieved because I was exactly afraid ? I live in Vienna myself (originally from Steyr and my family still lives here) and am thinking of going to Steyr at least for the scheduled dates because it was so great here! My little three-month-old son also felt good and didn't even cry! The assistant was also extremely friendly and flexibly found a suitable date for me and is great with the children. Would give more stars if I could!

Auch das Team an der Rezeption ist ganz toll und bemüht sich um eine zeitnahe Terminvergabe. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt, die Praxisräume sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Am wichtigsten aber ist, dass auch meine Kinder großes Vertrauen in Fr. Dr. Heindl haben. Top Empfehlung von uns! Mrs. Dr. Heindl is characterized by friendliness and competence. All of our questions were explained patiently and in a way that was easy to understand. The team at the front desk is also great and tries to make appointments in a timely manner. We felt very comfortable from the start, the practice rooms are lovingly furnished. But the most important thing is that my children also have great trust in Fr. have hay. Top recommendation from us!
