B	Barbara Hinterleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt der gern Medikamente verschreibt auch wenn nicht notwendig. Schlecht organisiert und es kommt daher zu sehr langen Wartezeiten. Dinge die auch am Schalter erledigt werden könnten werden dort abgelehnt so das man dafür zum Arzt hinein muss u 2-3 Stunden wartet ! Es ist nur eine Angestelle jeweils da und es gibt keine ausserdurlichen Behandlungen bzw Therapien. Kompetenz hab ich nicht erlebt odeer einen Arzt der etwas gut erklärt. Doctor who likes to prescribe medication even if not necessary. Badly organized and there are therefore very long waiting times. Things that could also be done at the counter are rejected so that you have to go to the doctor and wait 2-3 hours! There is only one employee at a time and there are no extra treatments or therapies. I have never experienced competence or a doctor who explains something well.
N	Nadine Christin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guten Tag! Eigentlich würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben, da Dr. Schubert der beste Hausarzt ist, welchen ich kenne. Ich vergebe 1 Stern, da die neue Rezeptionistin leider unsäglich ist! Über eine Stunde versuchte ich nun durch die Leitung zu gelangen, welche wohl immer zur Seite gelegt wird, klingelt es mal, geht wieder niemand dran, oder wird der Hörer abgenommen wird dieser sofort schön laut draufgehauen. Kommt man dann glücklicherweise kurz vor Praxis-Schluss doch noch durch, wird man mit unfreundlichem Tonfall angesprochen und sobald es 12:30 war wurde ohne Weiteres direkt aufgelegt, mein Befinden wurde nicht gelöst, kein Lösungsweg wurde versucht zu finden, kein Auf Wiederhören. Ich kann dieses Verhalten nur als Anstandslos bezeichnen. Bei der Vorgängerin hätte es dies niemals gegeben. Good day! Actually, I would give it 5 stars because Dr. Schubert is the best family doctor I know. I am giving it 1 star because the new receptionist is unfortunately unspeakable! For over an hour I tried to get through the line, which is probably always put aside, if the doorbell rings, no one answers again, or if the receiver is picked up it is immediately knocked on it pretty loud. If you fortunately get through shortly before the end of the practice, you will be addressed with an unfriendly tone of voice and as soon as it was 12.30 p.m. the phone hung up without further ado, my condition was not resolved, no solution was tried to be found, no goodbye. I can only describe this behavior as unacceptable. This would never have happened with the predecessor.
